My daughter and I went here today and had a great experience! I was a little nervous given that it's so busy this time of year but we didn't run into any issues. Everyone who worked here was helpful and knowledgable. JC was particularly nice to work with and went out of his way to help us and other customers. The store was clean and organized so it was easy to find anything we needed. Will definitely be back!

Extremely bad customer services, and no inventory for common shoe sizes. Not even let customers to try out shoes at 6:50pm.Could not fathom how this brick and mortar store can still survive.

I visited the Nike Santana Row location on Saturday 5/20/2023 from the hours of 1630-1900. I had seen online that they had a pair of shorts available. To make this long story somewhat short, I ended up doing a pickup order when they could find the color shorts I wanted because per the associate they had it but had to look for them. Fine, no problem. Gave me time to shop around the rest of Santana Row.Fast forward almost 2.5 hours later I come back because well, the shorts should be ready right? Wrong. I go up to the register and this caucasian girl in a hot pink jacket, whom I later learned is named Niko? Nika? rolls her eyes at me and speaks to me like I am stupid- for lack of better words. My boyfriend who was watching the interaction from afar even noticed that she looked like she did not want to help me.She went to the back to "look for it" and then emerged saying she can't find it. Later, Wu, another sales associate tells her he will help her look and moments later she emerges and states that she has handed off the task to Wu. At this point I'm annoyed not because they can't find the product but because this sales associate is lazy and rude.After waiting for almost 15-20 minutes, Wu finally appears with my online pickup order profusely apologizing. I thanked him graciously and told him he provided melol with great customer service skills. HOWEVER, I still left bothered from Niko/Nika and with that I sent in a formal complaint via Nike.com because as a former Nike Sales associate back in my early 20s I would have been mortified to have someone who works at my store with that kind of attitude. There are plenty of people who would not only love a job but the opportunity to work for Nike, and for Nike to have Niko/Nika working there representing their company is pretty yikes. I do hope upper management will read my reviews and the many others on here and on google review, and take action to make this store- which I'm sure sees heavy foot traffic a better representation of their brand and culture.Good luck Niko/Nika, I sure hope your eyes don't get stuck in the back of your head with all that eye rolling you do.&Wu, thanks for all your hard work!

Dealt with a shady worker there. I asked for a shoe that was available and he said they were on a reserve basis only. Tell me why 1 hour before I was able to purchase the same shoe? Ridiculous…

Another awesome Nike store to check around at Santana Row, they carry great product and gears, their customer service is alas awesome especially the return and exchange is super convenient and easy made. 5+*

Ordered online Dec 21 tried to pick up the next day but employee told me I had to wait in line even if it was a pick up ? (mind you the line was super long) would like to add no one should wait that long in a line if you already payed for your shoes and just want to pick up so you can go on with your day. Very disappointed. Second when I actually went to go pick up the shoes today I came home and found the shoes were USED!!. I understand they are gonna b used either way but it’s really unprofessional that they allow used items to be sold for full price, or even to allow returns for used items. I payed a price for new shoes not used ones :(. I just wanted to comment on this store for poor customer service and hope you guys can do better with service and policy for allowing used items to even be allowed.

This store is the closest to me so it's my go to. The service here has always been great. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Went in today for some pants and a nice girl helped me out. I didn't get her name, but she was on the shorter side with light skin. The location itself is small which is why I understand the selection isn't the greatest, but it's either that or driving up to San Francisco. I just wish they had a better selection of Jordan clothing.

I wish I could give 0 stars to this store.I went to the store on a weekend evening and had the worst customer experience anyone could ever have.At first, the store representatives picked up my bag (without my permission) while I was navigating around the store and put it in their inventory.Only when I asked them that I am missing my bag they went back and got the bag for me without any explanation.Later, their manager as well as another representative were very rude and totally disinterested when I had to make 2 returns.The representative lady even made faces as if she did not want to process the returns for me.I would like to ask the upper management to look into this matter and only hire people who are not super rude to their customers.The worst experience in a NIKE store for me so far.Never going back there again.

If I could I would leave zero stars. I have had better service at a Nike outlet… Considering this is that Santana Row and I had about $2000 worth of clothes I wanted to try on and nobody seemed to care nor could find a spot for me to try them on I will never be back. If you like self-service go to the Nike store at Santana Row but personally I like go to Santana Row for better service.

1st visit to pick up an online order. There is a lack of customer service skills. No smiles, no greetings. The transaction went well but it looks depressing and feels like the workers don't want to bethere. Kind of sad not sure I'd shop this store again.

Good location and they had exactly what I needed.
