“The best customer service ever very professional and tavan was incredible helped me out to make my holidays shopping easier and I appreciate all the stuff for sure the manager to everyone works there ? highly recommend Ross.”
“I had an amazing experience at this non-profit nursery! The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect plant. They even assisted me in loading it into my car, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The quality of the plant is excellent, and it’s wonderful to support a place with such a positive mission. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this nursery to others!”
“This nursery has an expansive selection of fruit trees! Wow. Don't let the modest entryway fool you. Prices are competitive and the man who answered our questions today was extremely friendly and helpful. Don't skip this place!”
“From going to one Homedepot to another their customer service remains consistent because every employee has greeted me and asked if I needed help! They have a huge selection for all your needs! The prices are great and sometimes they have unbeatable deals!”
“Stopped by to get a gift for my friend's grand opening party of her new business. The space is kind of cramped but lots of options here - bamboos, orchids, money trees. They even had heart shaped bamboos! Lots of pot options. The money trees were either really big or really small at the time I went since they were sold out of others. I opted for a bamboo bundle which cost me $30 total for the bamboo and the pot. I think that's not bad. My friend loved it and when I came by her salon a couple weeks later, it looked great in her space. Still green and alive. Service was friendly. I took a while to decide what I wanted but the salesman was patient and helpful. I paid in cash. Saw the other lady who purchased a giant orchid pot also paid in cash, so I'm not sure if they accept card.”

“I wanted to support a local landscaping supply business, but my visit to Evergreen Supply was frustrating. While they carry a wide selection of soil, rocks, pavers, and other materials, customer service felt inconsistent and unhelpful at times - staff didn’t offer much guidance when I asked questions, and I was left waiting without clear answers, even though the yard wasn’t busy. The outdoor area also felt messy and disorganized, making it harder to find what I needed. Pricing isn’t clearly displayed, so I had to ask multiple times, which slowed down my visit. The location has potential, but my experience was more stressful than it should be, and I left disappointed rather than confident about future projects.”
“They have everything from tarps and parts to build a custom canopy to tools and garden supplies. They have ALL of the name brand products for your specialty hydroponics and in soil gardens.”
“I love this store, I'm here all the time and the employees are super friendly and helpful. I honestly enjoy every trip at this location because they are really good with their customers and ask you if you need help with anything! From looking for something to even checking out and making sure you found what you needed and you had a great experience! Most stores aren't like this so huge plus to Homedepot!”

“I'm actually surprised at some of the reviews. We showed up at 2:30 on a Saturday knowing that they close to 3:00. We were basically there to browse and possibly see if there were any good plant candidates to be a future bonsai. But while we were there we decided to look around.First of all this is tucked away between Leigh and Southwest expressway. I believe you can access it from Southwest expressway if you know where you're going, but we came in through the neighborhood. Which is kind of funny because nestled between these townhomes, condos, and apartments there is this rather large wholesale nursery. That apparently has been around longer than I have. I was surprised to see how many trees, shrubs, and flowers they had available! I even took pictures because it was just a nice place to wander around. Within the first 5 minutes of us arriving someone came up and asked if we needed any help. We politely said we were just browsing but would find them if we needed them. The prices seemed about right for what we were looking at. Maybe not wholesale prices but they weren't overly expensive either. Unfortunately we did not find a good bonsai candidate but that was not the nursery fault. My husband was looking for something very specific. I'm glad we went and if we are in the area again and need something, we would probably go back.”
“The aisle was easy to find, but the specific shower head I wanted was up high and a guy named Jose saw me looking and grabbed it down without me even asking. He gave me a quick tip on installation, which saved me a second trip.”
“Wonderful employees pretty much all the time. With all the local government allowances, 5150 transients living along the creek, tight location, heavy concentration of people in general with no room, basically.....crap they have to put up with....they handle it very well. Thanks for being there so close to our East San Jose homes HD.”
“Extremely helpful. Don't get ripped off by some rooter guys. Go here and rent an auger and do it for 1/4th of what so called professionals charge. Joe helped me out and deserves some paid vacation”
“They are very helpful here. Bill and Dave especially stand out in the Rental Tool Area. They went above and beyond to help me since me nor they could be locate someone in nearby the department in which I needed help. Thank you!”
“Just visited the Home Depot in Cupertino. I couldn't find a particular item - it wasn't where the app says it would. The associate found it for me quickly, and even later did my self-checkout for me (I didn't ask - she just did it!)”
“3/19/26 Update on my 2nd visit within 2 weeks. Management definitely changed. There are actually staff that are willing to help and know their stuff. Robert (Rob) from gardening offered to help find an item that isn't even in his department. He knew where it was and confirmed it with another staff. WOW. Again usually there isn't anyone available to help. But now it's a whole new experience.
3/3/26 Been here over 50 times. Today the staff are more courteous and they're available. Usually had to hunt down a staff for help or wait 5+ minutes.
He offered to shake the paint can. That never happened before.
Did management change?”
“I want to say thank you to the store manager Jeff . The battery I was looking for is hard to find in most of the stores. Jeff first checked the inventories to make sure it’s in stock but not being displayed yet, and he climbed high to open the shipment boxes to help me find it. Great service!”
“Armando at the paint department of The Home Depot is absolutely fantastic! His expertise and eye for color made a huge difference in helping us choose the perfect shade for our main door.
He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure we got it right. You can tell he really knows his craft and cares about customers having a great outcome.
If you’re visiting for any paint-related needs, I highly recommend asking for Armando—you’ll be in the best hands!”
“I want to share my appreciation for Grace, the store manager at Home Depot in San Jose. After I had an issue with a purchase due to a mistake made by a sales associate, Grace truly stepped in and made a big difference.
Although the situation was frustrating at first—and I unfortunately experienced some disrespectful behavior from an assistant manager—Grace handled the matter with professionalism and care. She personally followed up with me several times, called to check on the status of my order, and made sure everything was resolved properly.
Thanks to her dedication and attention, I received my washer and dryer without further problems and I’m very happy with my purchase. Grace showed what great customer service and leadership look like. She turned a negative experience into a positive one, and I truly appreciate the effort she made to make things right.”
“This store is hidden behind a Best Buy. It’s easy to miss the almost secret entrance as the front of the building is only visible at the freeway but not the street. Came in for an iron and came out with an iron and countertop ironing board. I was in and out. Options were not much but I can always depend on this store for essentials.”
“Nice nursery and hardware store. I prefer this over the over crowded home Depot and Lowe's. There are always folks to help you out. The prices aren't that much higher.”
