When the veterinary clinic I had patronized for 48 years closed, I was very pleased to find Oakridge! From reception, through intake, to the veternarians, everyone is polite, friendly, and most attentive to my pets. I have complete confidence in the staff.

My kitten Megan became very ill shortly after I adopted her. Dr. Griscom was able to diagnose her ailment as feline infectious peritonitis and told me what treatment I needed to provide to save her life. All the doctors and staff at the clinic have been so supportive, helpful and caring during this distressing time. Megan is doing very much better and well on the way to full recovery thanks to them all.

Saying goodbye to our big senior boy Chewy was one of the most difficult and painful decisions we've ever made, but the staff at Oakridge Veterinary Clinic were very kind, professional and attentive throughout the process. They showed genuine care and gave our good boy extra pets and hugs, thank you!

Oakridge Vet Clinic is the best clinic I've found to care for my rabbit. I've found them to be the most knowledgeable about rabbit care and health and the technicians are always so kind to her! Dr. Cupka, who (I think) has a specialty in exotic pets, walked me through the spay process, answered all my questions and successfully completed my rabbit's surgery. The post surgery care consisted of them monitoring her until she was awake and had eaten (no overnight) and then giving me a comprehensive overview of how to administer pain meds, antibiotics, and critical care and what to look out for if she wasn't showing signs of recovering. I appreciated that the office even texted me the morning after the spay to check in on her! The prices are really reasonable and I appreciate that the front office staff always give me a timely answer to questions about scheduling and costs over email and texts. They also give me a detailed invoice at the end of the appointment (and before in the case of the spay). I'm a big fan of their check-in forms that give you lots of space to mention everything about your pet so the vet can pick out any concerns to address at the appointment. I've experienced some long wait times at the office before but I usually go on the weekends which are probably busier; this was also my experience at other clinics. I don't mind waiting for the quality care at Oakridge.

The doctors and support staff did a great job recently when we had a somewhat emergent medical need for our pup. We were scared and not sure what to think and they didn’t a great job making sure we knew what was going on and how to help our pup. They checked in with us throughout the day (she had a procedure) sent us home with thorough instructions and even sent her home with a toy. They were great! Next day the messaged to follow up too!

The staffing at least one doctor are very friendly and competent. Like another comment on one doctor because that's all I've had experience with. I've had several not-so-good experiences with other dog hospitals and clinics, but that's in the past and it took me a long time to find a clinic and doctor that I respect. By contrast I've only had good experiences with this clinic and Dr. Munoz.

Oakridge Veterinary Clinic is the absolute best. I have been taking my dog here for almost two years. She is a frequent flyer (very accident prone). The staff and doctors go above and beyond with her care and follow up care. She's a very anxious pup and the staff treat her with so much love and care. I recommend Oakridge Veterinary Clinic to everyone!

One of my rats has been having trouble breathing for the past few days, so I made the tough call of looking for an appointment to put him down. :( When I called, the receptionist was not helpful or compassionate of the position I am in and informed me they are fully booked for the next couple weeks. It is so hard to find vets that take exotics and now I feel stuck because my poor rat is suffering and I cannot give him peace.

The staff at Oakridge Veterinary Clinic are very attentive and caring. I never had to wait long when in the office. My cat had stitches in her ear and it went very well. Dr. Munoz did a wonderful job with the surgery! All of the pre-op and post-op instructions were clearly laid out, making the process as easy as possible. It was obvious that the staff and doctors (Dr. Munoz and Dr. Griscom) very much care about the animals they are treating. Plus the clinic's prices are reasonable and fair.

My spouse and I have been taking our sausage dog, Nigel here for over a year now. When we started taking him everything was great. Techs were really nice, on-time, Nigel loved going, and overall great experience. Lately our experience hasn't been so great. The last two appointments we have scheduled for visits (vaccines / blood work) for Nigel have been cancelled last minute, including one this morning. I was told at 8:00 a.m. that our 8:30 a.m. appointment was cancelled because the technicians didn't show up for work. This is after waiting 3 weeks for the appointment! 3 weeks from when the last appointment was scheduled!! When I asked about when we could come in, the lady told me they were backed up for another 3 weeks. SERIOUSLY?!If you are cancelling on a client at the last minute (for the second time, or even the first), you should accommodate your client and make sure they can be seen faster than your next available appointment. We're scheduled to have our dog neutered at the end of the month and now I'm wondering if that will be cancelled too. We've already paid the deposit or we'd take him somewhere else.

A simple veterinarian place where we get our dog for his annual check up and updates his vaccines as needed. We also did his heartworm test here. The staff is friendly but often wait times can be long even with an appointment. During our first visit a very thorough analysis was done on our dog and we got a lot of information about potential teeth cleaning services. It is quite expensive but we liked that they were thorough with their recommendations and test.

Dr Murdock and her staff were great!! Even though our dog was not a previous patient (our Vet had retired) they took him in as an emergency and gave him excellent care. He is now home recovering with the advise of Dr Murdock and some extra TLC.

It was my first time taking Brownie, my rabbit to the Oakridge Veterinary Clinic. The staff, Josh and the front desk were friendly and gentle with Brownie. Also, Dr. Murdock was great and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed through the visit.
