I stopped your on febuary sixth Tuesday 2024. I was running late for for a project and I stopped by different office supply stores and they either made excuses that they were closing or didn't have enough time or staff or what have you. And I walked into the store I I was greeted. I walk to the back of the store and I seen a big line so I said I can't wait I don't have enough time it was about 8:30 pm. What do the front of the store met Anna at the register who was helpinga customer . She was very polite and said that a gentleman who was her co-worker would help me. I wanted to transfer some information from a meeting recorder to a USB or some sort of thing like that.Mr Dat. Even though they did not offer a service like that this gentleman took it upon himself to look it up online and try to assist me the best he could but the lack of my information or knowledge with the stuff prevented him from helping me with the help I needed.All frustrated I walked to the back of the store hoping I would find somebody else that may understand my computer illiteracy. I ran into Mr Nobu. I told him my dilemma and with no esthetician he said he he could help me but he apologized said there were a couple more customers he need to take of. Within 8 minutes he was back took me to an area where he suggested what to buy what I needed and so did Mr Dat. He took me to the plug the things in together I don't know what he did but he told me that I needed to wait 17 minutes for these things to upload and Iwas ready to go. What an amazing crew.Nobu you are An Angel in thank you Ana,Dat,And Mr Nobu.keep up the good work.

I just stopped this afternoon here to print in color some of files but costumer service is horrible vicky was very rude ?she has bad actitud if you guys have to print something please go to diferent store

Because of people like Logan, who, before I shopped, checked on the status of my Rewards dollars. I had received an email saying I had money to spend. He looked it up and confirmed it at the register and told me to just provide my phone number again when I checked out. Ana checked me out and I said, "I will probably get a survey and what's your name? She said, "Ana, but Logan is the one who helped you with your question." What an outstanding young woman to make sure her colleague gets credit where credit is due! She's awesome in my book, too! Thank you!

Vicki is rude and should NOT be working in customer service…She doesn’t even try to accommodate us…. We were in the back trying to get some prints made….she walked away and I guess spoke with Nolan and didn’t return to the portion of the counter where my husband and I were standing for over 15 minutes!!! This is our 2nd negative encounter with her! Office Max needs to train her better or get rid of her!!! Period!!!

I required a new file cabinet for my home office to organize my documents. The customer service team helped me choose the right size and style to match my decor. The file cabinet is of superb quality, with smooth drawers and a stylish design. It has made organizing my documents a breeze. The price I paid for the file cabinet was very reasonable, and the convenience and organization it has brought to my office are worth every penny. It's a great value for the price.

Office Depot has so many items that I use in my classroom. I've always found the staff to be super helpful. The store is well-organized and clean. On a recent visit a staff member helped me order notebooks for my class that weren't on the shelf (they were only available on-line) and had them delivered directly to me - so convenient. Highly recommend this place!

Last Monday morning I visited this store's printing center and was assisted by Vicky. She was exceptional!!! I can't say enough good things about this lady. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating to every single customer who approached her counter while I was there waiting for my order. I needed a few prints for a school project and wasn't sure which format was going to be better, she patiently helped me, and I will be forever grateful. I wish there were more employees like her. Thank you Vicky!!!

Customer service is great. Prices are reasonable it’s in walking distance to where I live so it makes it easy for me to pick up items I need.

I recently went to this Blossom Hill location and Imani refused to put my purchases in a bag! She has a little attitude and lacks customer service skills; she never smiles and is always rude. Whenever I go to this Blossom Hill/Almaden Expressway location of Office Max, it’s difficult to find an employee to help me other than the employees who are busy working as cashiers. I shouldn’t have to stand in line to ask an employee to help me find something. So, I can’t be in and out quickly out of this store. Even if there is an employee working on the floor, they never ask customers if they need help and if I ask them questions, they don’t seem to want to help me so they don’t come across as professional, helpful or knowledgeable about the products.When I go to their sister store, Office Depot in Los Gatos, they always provide great service and an employee approaches me to ask if I need help as soon as I walk into the store. The Los Gatos Office Depot is always professional and polite.
