We were hacked from a site that extracted most of our contacts. We had a quick computer audit (about 2 hours) and we learned there was no malware on the computer, so the damage was limited to the extraction. However, yahoo put a block on our email account which we were unable to get re-established despite our best efforts. We asked another person subject to the same hack, and they recommended offthegridit. We are an older couple, so getting expert help was a requirement...and we cannot tell you how great the results were...Michael was able to remotely help us through the steps required, and despite the poor yahoo customer service (with one exception) he was able to get our account back, restoring all of our access to our email, our photos and ultimately our cloud. He was also instrumental in getting all of our data backed up on the cloud to protect us against any future service denial. I strongly recommend offthegridit (and specifically Michael Bolanos for his tenacity and expertise).

offthegridit saved the day. We needed a contractor to clean up our network after we kept having outages and security issues. They came and upgraded our network equipment and even installed some awesome cameras from Ubiquiti. We will keep using offthegridit for our network maintenance. Thank you offthegridit

Michael is an outstanding IT and security professional with extensive experience. He was extremely helpful to our organization when we had to assess our current network and develop an upgrade path for us several years ago. He helped us reuse much of our network equipment but installed a new control infrastructure that allowed both onsite and remote monitoring capabilities. He worked through every minute detail, from the special requirements of our security alarm systems, security camera systems, office PCs, classroom equipment, and widespread wifi infrastructure. He offers a broad suite of services and was willing to customize an offering to fit our needs. He went the extra mile to provide things to help our staff that we hadn't even contracted for.
