This studio, unlike other Orangetheory studios I’ve been in South Bay, does not honor the 5-minute grace period. They start clearing waitlists at the start of the class and if you’re 1 minute late, they’ll give away your spot.

Great workout! Multiple class offerings throughout the day that have a variety of cardio and weights. Each class is different and the coaches encourages everyone to push and challenge oneself. The first few classes may take a bit to get familiar with some of the equipment, but don't feel discouraged. Everyone is at different levels, so it's okay to go at one's own pace. The desk staff were very helpful and are not pushy to sign up as a member - there a different options to be able to take classes without the pressure of a membership, which is refreshing.

I love this location. It's really clean and tan very well. The front staff and coaches are all super friendly and approachable. My favorite coaches are Vihn and Gianna. Vihn is really great at helping out with proper form and ensuring you are doing the workouts correctly, as well as staying motivated. Gianna is really good at managing large classes and juggling a lot of people. Can't really say enough great things here honestly. It's just been a good experience off and on for years now.

I tried orange theory for the first time this weekend and had a wonderful experience! They offer your first class for free and make sure that you feel special throughout the entire experience!They asked that we arrive 30 minutes early for our first class and have you sign paperwork, show you were the cubbies and bathrooms are, explain how everything works and help you decide what level you want to commit to (power walker, jogger or runner). They also show you how to use your machines and show you which machine/workout area you are in.The actual class is really fun! The playlist is great, the instructor is engaging and the workout flies by! I can see why orange theory is so popular - I will definitely be back!

I love this place such a great workout! And you can sign up and go to any studio in the area which is cool because you can find the coaches that you like or that you vibe with and follow them to different locations.

Want to get your sweat on? This is THE place to go. I always left the studio feeling so accomplished and very sweaty. They have three versions of classes: 2G, 3G, and lifting classes. The regular classes are basically HIIT, and the 2/3 is just the amount of times you switch sections. The coaches are all so great and do an amazing job at keeping you motivated all throughout the class. I love Vinh's class a lot because he's always checking in on my form & making sure I'm doing things correctly. I wish I could've continued going here, but the prices are a bit high for someone who can't use the unlimited classes to their advantage. If you need motivation then I recommend getting the OTF band to track your progress during the workout. Overall a great workout class that makes me work harder than I would on my own!
