Handed me the wrong size windshield wiper blade for my car when after I told them the model and they looked it up.
I checked myself before putting them on, and realized they gave me the wrong size.
Returned the next day to exchange the unopened box for the one in the correct size, but they forced me to dig through the trash for the receipt.
I suppose I should have confirmed the size before I bought initially, but the employee literally looked it up and retrieved it so I assumed it was correct.
So furious they wasted so much of my time I returned it instead of exchanging it. Just buy from amazon instead

if you're of color. DO NOT RECOMMEND. plus he didn't know what he's talking about. don't know what an socket extractor is nor knows anything about. customer service. it was horrible. need new employee

The assistant manager, Jesus is great at customer service. However, the Manager is obviously a rude person who doesn't want to be bothered. An employee asked the manager to watch the front counter while he installed windshield wipers on a car. The manager didn't come out till 10 min later because he had to share his personal stories with other employees in the back. When he finally came out to watch the front counter, he looked at me and said "You got a problem!" This place will lose more and more customers if the current manager stays employed. Good luck!

This might be the most egregious example of bad customer service I have ever experienced. A guy greets me when I walk in. I grab two quarts of motor oil off the back wall. When I get to the counter, he has gone in the back somewhere. No biggie. A woman with glasses and neck tattoos sits about 12 feet away at a computer terminal. I say "Hello?" with my purchases clearly in view on the counter. She turns, looks at me for a second, then turns back to her screen. I wait another 30-40 seconds, then walk out (past her), leaving the motor oil on the counter. No "Wait, I'll get someone to help you." Nothing. Wow. Just wow.
