Very helpful staff. Found a headlight restoration kit that Ive been searching for, but the box was partially opened. The manager offered to help me fully open the box and inventory the contents before buying it. I appreciated the help.

BIG PLU they answere the call and staff are helpful. Called in to check for an item stock before driving there.

My mom’s catalytic converter was stolen and we were unsure on what to buy, it was a super stressful time and other places we called left us even more lost. When I called the O’ Reilly’s by our house, Jacob answered and was super helpful, very intelligent and answered all of my questions. We even went to the store and showed Jacob the pictures and he confirmed what he ordered was what we needed. Can’t thank him enough! We were happy to encounter such great customer service, which is rare nowadays at stores.

Jacob (I think that is his name), provided superior service by taking the time to check the fuses on my Miata and figure out the problem was something else entirely. Could not ask for better service.

Don't waste your time here....last 2 times I went cashier was rude, then they don't leave the store to do anything at all because 'it's a liability'.

My car couldn't jump start yesterday, but the battery is only 4-years-old. I called this store in the morning, and was told to come after 1pm. When I got there, they asked me how long the current battery life is, and gave the battery a check up first. And found out my battery is still working. Their service is so thoughtful for customer. Really appreciate. Will come back for sure in the future.

I went in earlier today to store 3115 (O'Reilly Auto Parts, 2847 S White Rd. Suite 100, San Jose, CA 95148) at 3:45 pm to take in my battery that I had purchased there. I understand that the battery maybe bad or just need a charge. I was told by a young lady that the battery will be charged and to come back in 2hrs. When I returned at 5:45ish, i gave Simon my battery ticket and after he put a load test on the battery, he, in a rude manner reponded to me "the batter was never charged and that it is not my fault!!" I mentioned your part of the Oreillys team and that it is your problem. I then asked what are you going to do to remedy the situation and he then yelled back, "ill charge it or take it and get out of here!!" I said i need my car for tomorrow can you prorate it and he said "i dont know what that is, you either take it and leave or ill charge it and you return tomorrow morning!!" I asked Simon for the district manager number and he then yelled, "its on the door, have fun with that!!" This is unacceptable, Simon should not be yelling at customers. I been in his position when I worked for Kragen and we were never thought to disrispect customers. The other gentleman who was working there was kind enough to appoligize for Simon. I am diapointed as a cutomer who choses to patronize store 3115. I would like for the store manager or district manager to speak with Simon about the situation and explain to him what customer service is.
