Something Stinks Here. I have been a member of this Credit Union since late 1960's when it was Peninsula Postal CU. My original member number was three thousand something. This is the 4th time this year that they have paid bills for somebody else from my account in error. After phone calls, they will fix it... then debit my account again, in error, the next month. This year, there are more errors than legitimate transactions. Security is important to me, since at times, I have had over 1M$ in my accounts here. I mailed a small deposit in November, that still has not been processed. The only reason I have not closed the accounts is that I have a small quarterly life insurance payment paid here. I'm feeling stupider and stupider.

Tried filling out an application through mobile banking and the agent refused to allow me to fill out personal information privately. Their own employees don't seem to recommend others from using this credit union.

I am stunned. This business is one of the few companies with secure financial strategies and proper customer service in this economically disastrous country. The company values its customers, evident through their new system updates. A huge thank you to the team, their leader, and the company overall.

Ever since PPCU converted their banking system, their quality of service has continued to impress me. The employees are always friendly and greet you with a smile on their faces. Their rates and customer service are astounding!

INCREDIBLE service at PPCU! Every time I visit, I am struck by the warm welcome I receive and the friendly staff. Every employee I have communicated with has been extremely patient and understanding, particularly on my more complex financial issues. I have been a loyal customer for years and will continue to be so for decades.

We have been with the Credit Union for about 40 years now, and instead of improving their customer service, they have completely retrogressed. Either their internal processes need to change, or their personnel are not familiar with processes. I am married to a member and, earlier I was able to do online banking on my own (i.e. I had my own access). When they changed their system, I was told that I cannot access our joint account on my own and that I have to use my husband's login credentials to do so. I told the rep that sharing login credentials violates InfoSec practices and she snapped at me saying this is their policy, end of subject!. My husband was out of country and inaccessible at that time, so I called again and recommended that the rep seek their IT's guidance on an "exception" process if their policy is as restrictive as I've been led to believe. We tried different options and nothing worked. This customer experience in unheard of - very, very disappointing at different levels

evert since they updated their system nothing works right and it so complicated. No one answers the phone and don't not return phone calls. it is time to look for another credit union. Majority of the people that use this credit are postal employees that have retired. They don't like changes and if I am having problems with my account I can imagine how upset they are.

I am trying to help my elderly parent get help with his account. He has been locked out of online banking since the credit union updated software. There is no answer to phone calls. You can only reach the lending department. The loan department claims that they are a separate company and only has access in the same way that we do. I have reached out to the bbb regarding the problem. I feel like the place is simply closed, there has been no one answering the phone.

We had a issue this morning with one of our handy man that we paid with a check.they did not want to cash his check & turned him away.he called me to let me know so I asked him to go back and put me on the phone. They called my wife to verify after he went back.so why didn’t they do that in the 1st place? Then my signature didn’t match the one on file.so was this a racial profiling issue because they didn’t like the way he looked or was not the right color? Or was the person that handled it a racist? Either way it’s not right.if this is the case we don’t wanna bank here & will take our money elsewhere.

I recently bought a new car and the dealership put themselves as the creditor at the last second. Once I realized this, John and Emma were really able to save my skin and quickly helped me sort it all out with getting my car loan in order and explaining how the whole process is supposed to work.
