I came in and i was nicely greeted, i was helped by Bryan M and he was so nice, i took so long figuring what i wanted and when i would ask for his opinion and he was very nice about everything, he was very patient and i appreciate that thank you so much!!

I Love pandora and shop there often usually I go to the one in Salinas, but one day I was in San Jose and decided to check out the store there inside Oakridge mall and omg, I was treated so bad the girls there were very rude and disrespectful . I will never go back there again.

Very very happy with my visit I don't usually write reviews but micheal and mora i believe was her name we're beyond helpful and patient when helping us choose what charms we wanted definitely recommend shopping with them 10/10 experience

Don’t come to Pandora Oakridge. The salespersons here are very UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. The guy whose name is Micheal is very TERRIBLE. First, I wanted to return a clip that had a defect. He said it’s not allowed by the policy to return a defected one. What he did was just polish it and returned to me. And then I wanted to return an online purchased one in the store. He said it was not allowed to return online purchased item. I returned online ones in Vally Fair’s Pandora, and everything was ok. He lied to me and was very very unprofessional. Go to other Pandora if you can and never come here. 0/10.

Came here to exchange a gift ring for a smaller size. The associate assisted me in trying a few rings on, but just left my ring and packaging on the glass table and walked away after we completed the exchange. I’ve never experienced a service at a boutique where the customer had to bag their own item.

Terrible experience. Shea was rude, he seemed bothered and annoyed the whole time while assisting us. Very bad attitude. I will not be returning after that terrible experience.

Terrible experience. Shea I believe his name was, had attitude from the second I walked into the store. Made comments which no one in customer service should be doing. He was impatient and wanted us to leave. Biggest a****** i've ever met in that store. I will never be returning thank you!

Pandora employees at Oakridge were no help while trying to exchange a double gift I received for my birthday. I had an online receipt (since my husband preordered it before my birthday) they said because it was over 30 days they could only exchange it and take off 30% of the credit !? These charms are not cheap so taking an additional 30 % off of what I have proof of paying sounds a little ridiculous. They had no sympathy or care to help me and my situation, I was even looking forward to buying additional items but they were so passive aggressive with me I did not want to contribute to their location.Don't waste your time at this location-- online shop!-----------------------------Luckily I called their customer service & spoke to a women named Sandy who was soo kind and helpful--she laughed on how serious they were taking it, especially having the receipt to show proof of purchase. She was able to send me a return label so I can exchange my charm. Thank you Sandy!!

Great experience with Store manager and two sales people working. Brought my rings in to clean and while I waited the salesperson offered to show me sale items. Took ten minutes and I left with a new ring and my jewelry looked good as new.

I came here with the intentions of purchasing a few charms for my mother's birthday. However I was very offset by the staff who were extremely rude and did not greet us while no one else was in the store but greeting other guests that came in about 10 minutes after us. Both employees did not acknowledge us and made an effort to ignore us until I had to personal pursue them for help. They also lied stating that she did not have a particular charm that I was looking for because I had previewed it their website for in store pick up, but wanted to see it in person before purchasing it. They did not bother to look it up in their system either. I have never had such terrible service at a Pandora before except at this location. I will never return here.
