quickly ran in here from out of town before going to a family event. this place has changed so much since i lived here & frequented this location. i had even hosted a private bday party at this papersource location years ago & cs was so different then.this day, customer service was efficient enough at the register but nobody bothered to ask if i was looking for anything specific or bothered to tell me where all the holiday promotions were. good thing i knew what i was looking for & had an idea of where everything generally is located as the product placement hasn't really changed.their selection has also dwindled down a lot. they used to have more holiday cards selections, but i saw the same stuff i'd seen years ago. i needed shredded paper but their stock was low on the colors i needed.one thing that was awesome is they carried a queen elizabeth 2 tree ornament that is not available on papersource online! so that was an amazing find.still a great place for unique cards, gifts & gift wrapping.

This store is packed with more diy items. The whole back wall contains all the multicolored cardstock and envelopes. They also carry the usually tchotckes. Store is bright and clean

I was fascinated by the variety of products they had in store, from gift items to creative DIY kits. The paper collections were particularly impressive, with a vast range of colors, textures, and finishes. Whether you're an artist, crafter, or just looking for unique gift ideas, Paper Source has something for everyone. I was thoroughly impressed with my experience at Paper Source, and I'm sure you will be too!

Very cute store with lots of great quality higher end gifts and wrapping accessories. Sadly, though, their customer service is very lacking. I went in right when they opened, there was only one other person in store shopping other than myself and three employees who were more interested in talking amongst each other and laughing at personal events and jokes than actually working or helping customers or being nice and friendly to people shopping in the store. Your employees are the face of your business and represent your brand and these three employees need to have this explained to them. Terrible experience. The stuff I purchased were beautiful though.

They had a CBD laced lollipops next to the counter right next to the unicorn lollipops that can be given to kids. We made the mistake of buying it but caught at the nick of the moment. Even after letting them know the staff was reluctant to remove it from an kid accessible area Just to avoid confusion. It is absurd that they do not have any regulation to let the consumer know even after they see us giving it to little kid. They just don't care even after being told which is the most infuriating part

I stopped by here to pick up a last minute birthday gift and there were so many options! This is the place to go if you're trying to find a gift and you have no idea what to buy. They have a variety of gift options including funny and witty cards for all occasions, fragrances, stationary, books, games, and random trinkets so you're sure to find something. While I didn't end up buying my final gift here, I got a bunch of ideas. The items are on the pricier side but again lots of unique gifts so def a place to drop by!

I love this store so much. Tons of paper and little knick knacks. The staff is very helpful too! My personal favorite employees to ask help from are Alex and Christian. Last time i was there, they helped me find the stuff i needed to make wedding invitations and were super friendly too. 10/10 would come back again.

Pricey and very small. You could likely find 95% of what is here in a craft store.

So many sparkly items to catch my eye! Gorgeous paper, wrap, scrapbooking, you name it. Greeting cards are mostly small - medium cards which may be what suits you. I did find a big going away card there for my boss though. It was perfect. I could have stayed much longer, fascinated with all the unique items. I'll go back. I love paper products for whatever reason. I saw some origami that looked fun. There was a lot to see but didn't feel overwhelming or suffocating because it was displayed nicely. I just needed more time. It's in Santana Row and if it's your lucky day you will get parking at the curb right in front. If not the parking garage is not far and right when you arrive to the store the guy at the front curb will be pulling out. That's life.

2/3/2022 I bought a calendar. When I got home, found it was a 2020-2021. When I tried to exchange it I was told “sorry it was final sale”. What possible reason would a store have for selling outdated calendars featured on a prominent display in the store, only to scam customers to move through old inventory. I did not check to see “is this store selling out of date calendars” but how a store could have zero customer service for a situation like this is beyond me. $40 down the toilet.

I walked in the paper source store at Santana Row. I was wearing an N95 mask. According to the young female clerk with auburn hair, it wasn't right. She yelled as soon as I walked in from the register to put my mask on properly. About 20 people then turned and looked at me like I was some criminal. I then said, "I'll just leave." She responded "bye!" I have been going to this store for over 11 years. This is no way to treat a repeat customer like this. My mask was in face on. An N95 and hers was not a proper mask. If she thought I was not wearing my mask properly, there's a way to ask someone in a polite manner. Not raise her voice and embarrass a customer. I understand the Santa Clara co mandate. Be courteous to your customers. I will NOT shop there again. I will also tell my friends not to shop there. The prices are extremely high and I still made it a point to shop there. Very rude. This young clerk needs to learn how to approach customers and ask them nicely. Not yell like she's a N*** Mask police officer. Unreal! Oh and masks don't work!
