WORST SERVICE I came in today with a PATELCO CASHIER CHECK & for a withdrawal & it took the cashier & assistant manager almost half an hour to "verify" the check. Way too long if someone has any idea how to verify a check

I found a nearby “shared-branch” Credit Union (CU) (toaccept my CU’s ATM card) so I could make a necessarywithdrawal. The Patelco teller (who I laterlearned was Asst. Mgr Christina Marquez-Yanit), kindlysaid I could make withdrawals from their ATM outside.I went to the ATM, requested a withdrawal, & wasinformed there was a limit. I hadn’t experienced thatwhen making an ATM withdrawal from my CU,so I decided to call them.The strip-mall where Patelco’s located was bustling &noisy 2 Saturdays ago, so I went inside Patelco to callin a quieter setting. I was as unobtrusive as possible:I was clean; tho dressed casually, so were others;I stood against the far wall 9’ from clients & tellers;& I spoke quietly.While on hold, Patelco’s Security came over & told meto leave. I said I would after finishing my call, & askedfor the mgr. Christina arrived & said because I wasn’topening an account or making a transaction, I mustleave. I said that, in fact, my call had to do withmaking a transaction at their shared-branch ATM,& I invited her to be as pleasant as she waswhen we spoke earlier.Christina became defensive & walked away.Neither Security nor Christina objected to myappearance, voice level,or said I was interfering with clients.During my 15 minutes’ call, Security came over4 more times to ask me to leave. Each time,I politely stated I would when I finished my call.And I did. I went back out to the ATM& made a withdrawal authorized by my CU.Though startled that Patelco's behavior allowed themto be a shared-branch member, I understand they canhave any rules they want, even if they createa most uninviting experience.Thus, I share this with the community.

I just purchased my first car through Patelco with the help of Mary Ann. She was honestly the best! She was very friendly and very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and was very informative through the whole process. I recommend you go and ask for her if you're looking to take out a car loan or even any loan at that. 45 minutes waiting and counting. Go to ANY other branch. This is the slowest branch known to man.

I came into the bank today to deposit my money into my account . Unfortunately the ATM machine was full and I couldn't . I wasn't really sure that I couldn't do direct deposit inside the store but I did get the best help ever with Christina Yanit. She was so sweet and helped me to even find a place for me to get this done. Definitely would recommend this bank the help is absolutely appreciated. Thank you Christina . Funny farm:)

If your trying to get a loan definitely recommend this place the staff is very helpful and well let you know instantly if you qualify or not!! I recommend going with Mary or Kristen both are very helpful and knowledgeable with any questions you have. Great customer service in my opinion

I came here, took out a car loan, and everything went a lot smoother than I thought it would. Robert G helped me and he has great customer service. The rates here are great, better than other places. It's small so there may be a bit of a wait but definitely worth it. I would recommend Patelco, nothing but good things to say about them.

I want to thank Patelco credit union for helping me through the years on getting auto Loans to lower my payments. Even personal loans too. I also want to thank Mary for helping getting my first auto loan back in summer of 2013 when I had mediocre credit score, because of her my Financial and credit score is a lot better. Without Mary I wouldn't be were I am today. she is very helpful and friendly. She is how Financial advisor should be with everybody in different branches. Again thank you Patelco and Mary for your help. See you soon.

This bank is quick and easy barley ever have to wait in line. The staff are helpful and I always feel welcome. Been with them for a few years and never had any issues.

I went to the branch to close my accounts and they left my plus checking account open so now I have to pay for alot of months for plus checking plus overdraft fees when my accounts should of been closed
