The service was great Very fast oil change & great customer service The manager in charge Alfredo was very friendly and knowledgeable and the other staff Tony & Carlos was very nice explaining that I needed new tires & possibly soon replacement of my main battery I will be back for all my service needs There were cheaper than any other place I know Thank you pep boys

I was bought a battery around 2 years with 4 years warranty.Battery dead in 2 years and customer Representative person denied to apply any coupon to my bill so I ended up charging $178 just for the battery installation labor!! She was so rude and please stay away from here!!!!!

One of the worst places you can get the car repaired. They don't have courtesy in honouring the appointment time. The moment you enter the store, they keep grumpy and sad face and tell you that it will take no less than two hours to complete wheels aligned. Don't you know how many cars are coming in for what service using your appointment service and a proper estimate on how long each service takes? Avoid at all costs.

My car had some crunching sounds in the front anytime I braked, and my dealership service shop found the issue to be a single nut missing from my front struts, causing the bolt to be loose. They were going to charge me nearly $700 (mostly labour), since apparently it wasn't covered by warranty.Bought the parts online, took it to Pepboy, and Service Manager Carlos hooked me up. Took them less than half a workday to fix it for less than $250 (bolt replacement + alignment, and checking the other remaining tires). Friendly, and to the point.Good stuff.

Please train your Service rep on proper customer service and be professional in dealing with the customer by phone or in person. My car is in your store for a change of oil and a side mirror repair and scheduled today by 10 AM. Around 11:55 AM your Service rep called me that the parts for the side mirror were not available and they needed to order the parts from Acura. She told me to bring my car on Monday so that they could install the parts, I asked her how many hours to install the part she said maybe 4 hours or half a day I said how come it's too long? She immediately replied that I could bring my car to another service center. I was shocked by her response and asked her why she was telling me to bring my car to another service center. I told her that I was just asking politely for the estimated time and that if she didn't know I was ok and willing to wait. She even challenged me to file a complaint and gave her name (SANTA). I'm a regular customer of PEP Boys Stevens Creek and very pleased with Sam and most especially Tony when it comes to dealing with the customer. I keep coming back to this location because of them and the service Staff they are all good except SANTA...

Got a flat tire. Scheduled a repair online easily. Got it fixed on time, also made a complimentary inspection report. Good service.

The two young men working at this location was very courteous. I needed two windshield blades to be replace and it was already already 8:45 p.m. I told them I am leaving in early mornings to drive down to SB. It's rainy weather there also, so I got to have new blades. They done it for me quickly.
