I just moved here and was super excited to see a pet store nearby. Nope, entered with a n95 respirator and was still so overwhelmed by the smell of PURE PISS that I had to leave. Keep in mind I wore these masks while working with cadavers and smelled NOTHING. This was nauseating. What the actual fuck. The poor bottom feeder employees that have to work here. Jesus.

Went to Pet Club on Snell Sat morning, and it seems the employees are bothered by you coming into the store. If you hate your job that much, might be time to look for another one. Drove to the one on Homestead and was welcomed as soon as I walked in. I don't care how close the one on Snell is, I will make the trek to Santa Clara. It was disgustingly dirty too!!

I have been to a lot of pet stores across the bay area and this was probably the worst one I have ever been to. I think they violate many health codes and would be shut down upon any inspection. When you first walk in you will be overwhelmed with the smell of urine. The floors are completely stained and dirty. The fish area smells terrible and is unkempt with boxes of trash laying around. Half the tanks are empty or taped over with cardboard. There are piles of random trash and products scattered about the store. Customer service wasn't particularly friendly. Upon exit I asked the cashier which was the way to the exit and she confirmed the direction i was pointing in. The door did not work so I said ,"excuse me, this door isn't opening" and she replied "yeah it doesn't work" which would have been very useful information when I asked where the exit was lol i guess if you know what you want to buy and it's cheaper than other places then it'd make sense to come here. We drove a couple miles down blossom hill to petsmart and it was a much cleaner and more pleasant experience.

They have a lot of supplies and you don't have to wait forever in line like some of the other pet supply stores.

It is funny how every day customer service is getting worse and worse From restaurant to retail store to cashiers Now day it is more important to them to talk and gossip about their lives than say hi to the guest or help the guest. It happen so often now and everywhere. I just came to buy some dog food at Pet Club and the cashier was nice but he just scanned the bag with out touching it ( I was nice enough to maje sure the bar code was on his side ) but after that he did not bring it to the other side where I was paying or nothing I have to go back and grab it myself which I can do but come on Where is the "Hospitality" or ok lets say just the plain customer service It just really sad how is getting worse and worse everyday and every where.

We brought our puppies in the store to look for new toys for them and our birds. The first aisle I went to had rat traps set on the floor! Seriously! I understand that a feed store would have mice and rats but to keep traps set and out during business hours is dangerous. Someone could have stepped on them.

the aquarium section is horrible and poorly maintained. they don’t treat their fishes and other marine life with care. poor execution on handling the fish and placing them in the bag which causes the fish to always be under extreme stress. they were extremely aggressive and impatient. seems like they’re always in a rush every single time we go but there’s only like 5 people in the store lmao

I am always able to find the particular Nutro dog food I am looking for, as most of the other places either don't have it when I need it or just don't carry it.

Good place for a quick stop to pick up supplies or toys. The workers are always friendly and consistently offer good customer service.

This petshop looks like a dirty warehouse and needs regular cleaning asap. The aquarium section is horrible - dirty and full of dead fish. The prices for food and equipment are also not competitive, especially considering the overall cleanliness of the place. Not recommended.

If my pets need it, pet club probably has it. I have only left once disappointed but that wasn't their fault. (Supply chain issues)
