For shots I have noticed the long lines for the service. It is a first come first serve so try to be 30min prior. They do not accept appointments.”

“We have a Golden Retriever and a standard Labradoodle that we bring here for the grooming. We follow our groomer, Vicky, wherever she is. She is the BEST and our dogs LOVE her. Coco has extreme separation anxiety when apart from Bella and he is better there they do their best to accommodate him and relieve his stress. They are so kind and understanding. Not to mention both dogs come home looking fabulous and happy. Highly recommend this location.”
“This is the best place for gourmet cat treats! We got a ton of freeze dried treats for my cats and they loved it (chicken giblets, mussels and rabbit). It was so refreshing to see a pet store with so much to offer for cats since places are mostly catered for dogs. It also happened to be my cats birthday when we stumbled upon the boutique and got to buy him a custom birthday hat!! Definitely will be coming back”

“How I came to know about San Jose Bengal Cats and Rene was at the Campbell farmer's market where someone had a cat in their backpack. I reached out asking so many questions earlier this year but the timing just wasn't right. Rene actually reached out to me because he knew I was looking for one without spots. Naturally, I asked for a photo and just HAD to go meet her. Rene is very patient and cares deeply for these cats. You can see his engagement with these babies and how much he cares for them.
The day he reached out, I was able to visit the cattery and that was the beginning of the end. You're able to hold the kitty with a deposit until when you're ready to bring them home. They come with the basic vaccines, a week worth of wet and dry food, and he will send pedigree papers once they're spayed/neutered. We love our dear girl and hope others will be able to find great homes! As he said, we're now family.”

“Our usual groomer, Alice, no longer works here so we decided to give another groomer at this location a chance. We asked for a groomer who would be patient, gentle and kind with our anxious dog. They set us up with Mary who was amazing! She is so sweet to our goldendoodle and really cares about getting the cut you want for your dog. We have gone to her three times now and our dog , Sasha, always looks great when we pick her up. We have many people at the dog park asking where we go to get her grooming done and even get compliments a month after her cut. It grows out so well! We highly recommend Mary. Thank you Mary for doing such a great job with Sasha!”
“Happy that I can support local and buy pumpkins without having to pay tickets or pay parking or pay extra for pumpkins. This place is legit. I bought four pumpkins for my family to carve for less than $40. And they are awesome pumpkins. Plus this place has everything for all types of animals and pets. No crazy long lines, they had an area in the front that was decorated for the little ones to do some fun pumpkin, patch hunting, but for our needs to celebrate Halloween and carve some pumpkins as a tradition, this place had everything we needed without breaking the bank or wasting a ton of time with lines and chaos.”

“I called this location thirty minutes before closing. The girl who answered my call was very sweet and patient with me. I asked for a stock check After she went to find the item I was asking about she offered to put them on hold for me. I expressed I would cut it close to closing and she didn't even express concern. She even gave me a discount to what their website was offering. Bonus: she spelled my name currently and didn't even ask! She had them ready and waiting for when I walked in the door like this!
