“We frequent this store to use the self serve dog wash. You purchase tokens that you then put in the dog wash to start the water and air. Wish the machines just took credit cards instead of having to remember to bring the token pouch.Treats are pretty expensive here even with the big 3 get one free.They don't carry big brand labels, only grain free, raw and/or alternative diets.”

“This is the best place for gourmet cat treats! We got a ton of freeze dried treats for my cats and they loved it (chicken giblets, mussels and rabbit). It was so refreshing to see a pet store with so much to offer for cats since places are mostly catered for dogs. It also happened to be my cats birthday when we stumbled upon the boutique and got to buy him a custom birthday hat!! Definitely will be coming back”

“Been shopping here for 6 years. I don’t come often but when I do, it’s super helpful. This is the Whole Foods of pet food, which is perfect because it’s right next to a Whole Foods.Generally, I just come here for a few specific things and also to look at specific specialty items when I’m trying to do research on what to buy. Staff are always very helpful. I may not end up following what they recommend because I’m the kind of person that ends up researching and using the best products I can find and then making my own homemade version of some things which I know is out of scope for a lot of people.I’ve used the dog wash once. It was super easy and nice to use, but as my dog is pretty small, we usually do this at home, but this would be great for someone with a large or difficult dog. One thing that I find really great, is that if an item is on sale or regular price you can buy three and get the fourth one for Free. This may not apply to everything (typically food & treats) but be sure and ask. Usually at least one staff member will have some personal detailed experience with a product that you have a question on which is pretty impressive. Typically, I buy treats, super high quality kibble, and some dog treatment products.”

“Stopped by the shop yesterday noon with a list of aquatic plants to buy in mind and unexpectedly came home with two cutest little guppies, a bumblebee goby and frozen daphnia. Whenever I look at those funny fish and the way they swim makes me laugh non-stop. I adore them so much. Service was fast and great. Thank you King Aquarium for such amazing experience.”

I asked for a stock check After she went to find the item I was asking about she offered to put them on hold for me. I expressed I would cut it close to closing and she didn't even express concern. She even gave me a discount to what their website was offering. Bonus: she spelled my name currently and didn't even ask! She had them ready and waiting for when I walked in the door like this! Whoever you are 'kell' you're awesome! I will be shopping here from now on because of you.”

“Ended up going to this store last minute as it was one of two places in the area that had dog cakes pre-made. My puppy turned 14 so this shop saved the day! I was first greeted by such sweet staff. Both of them were quick to assist and offered different options of cakes and birthday hats for my pup! Besides the cakes, this store has everything you could possibly need! Our 14th Bday that we celebrated for my furry baby was amazing! She enjoyed the cake and it was definitely a memorable evening!”

“We have a Golden Retriever and a standard Labradoodle that we bring here for the grooming. We follow our groomer, Vicky, wherever she is. She is the BEST and our dogs LOVE her. Coco has extreme separation anxiety when apart from Bella and he is better there they do their best to accommodate him and relieve his stress. They are so kind and understanding. Not to mention both dogs come home looking fabulous and happy. Highly recommend this location.”

“There was a very friendly, patient, and caring employee, named Bill at the blossom hill location. He actually asked ME how he could help me as i walked around looking a little lost. I was looking for dog food. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to talk to me and to suggest a good choice for my dog and gave me reasons why. I left feeling very happy i had made the right choice and purchase. Bill also told me about the well membership or whatever its called (lol i forgot) but talked me into signing up when he told me all the awesome benefits and discounts including vet visits for my son, he explained it would pay for itself when it came to me since i buy dog food once a month a big $120 bag from Petco and my dog needs a vet for checkups. There was also a young man in the aquatics section that helped me find the right tank for our little beta fish as well as the heater and other things i needed. When i mentioned i had seen an item online cheaper, He took the time to look up my items on the Petco website to price match them all and make sure i got them at the best price possible This dropped my total to something allot more affordable and the way things are so expensive today; I really appreciated it! All in all, i had a great experience this day in the store and felt like i got knowledge about my pets and their care as well as everything i needed for them AND SOME for a great price! I will be returning to this location from now on and you should as well!”

“The staff was polite, present, and helpful. I find that sometimes in a "warehouse" style department store, the employees are hard to locate ( or the more embarrassing debacle of mistaking a fellow patron for a staffer cuz of the similar outfit ? ) But that wasn't the case for this location. The aisles were clean and well stocked. They even had my cat's favorite treats that I have not been able to find for months.”

“Earlier this week, I was blessed by a beautiful angel named Angie. long story short, i DESPERATELY needed cat litter, and Angie made absolutely sure my needs were met. she took incredible care of me, with kindness, gentleness, love and respect. during this transaction, Angie showed me that human kindness is REAL. this day and age, it's so easy to forget that us humans are one big family, and should be taking care of each other. The veterinarian that our pup was seen by was very thorough with her examination. She answered all of our questions and provided us with all the information we needed for our pup. I appreciate the time they took with us and the patience they had to ensure that we felt secure with our pups overall health.”
