She heavily does not rush me into placing an order.Every inquiry is answered with patience and very helpful advice. If you're going to buy tile from P then definitely ask her to be your sales!

Kanoe made our experience super easy! We knew which tiles we wanted for our bathrooms. I emailed and she replied back. We did everything via email - efficient and easy. A year later I needed to order more tile. I emailed Kanoe again and she took care of it , no problem!
