Don’t get fingerprinting done here. It took 45 minutes this afternoon and they couldn’t guarantee that my prints would go through. There was one person getting theirs done before me who took about 15-20 minutes. When it was my turn, the trainee couldn’t get my pinky prints approved. The computer would beep and say, “insufficient roll.” After we tried rolling each pinky about 20 times each, she finally went to get help from another employee. He came back and said they could just submit them anyways. I asked what would happen if each pinky was an inefficient capture and he said my Livescan/fingerprinting wouldn’t clear and I could come back and get a refund for the $30 fee. So here I am waiting and hoping they captured my prints accurately in time to get cleared for my kids field trip. Lesson learned, I won’t come here for fingerprinting ever again.

I was most impressed with the service I received from Susanna LaCroix. First of all I just walked in without an appointment. She immediately greeted me. Very polite and respectful. Once she found out I needed a passport renewal, she sat me down and asked for my documents. The woman knows what she is doing. She compiled the necessary documents, informed me of the fees and in less than 20 minutes, I was done. I will definitely recommend Postal Annex/ Susanna LaCroix to my friends who are in dire need of passport renewals moving forward.
I truly appreciate her help and admire her knowledge in processing this state document. I am most impressed with.

Fast service with very good customer service. Staffs are friendly, accommodating, helpful, and efficient. If you want to do your live scan, come and get it here. I never encountered a problem and didn’t wait that long compared to other location. Highly recommended.

Their services are great! The staff are very welcoming, accommodating, helpful, and, above all, resourceful in finding ways to reduce shipment fees, such as modifying the parcel's size. Customers are treated with value, utmost care, and importance.
