I had a fantastic experience at the PostalAnnex store! The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They helped me with everything from shipping a package to making copies and notarizing documents—all in one visit!
What I really appreciated was their attention to detail and how they took the time to make sure everything was correct. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a wide range of services, including mailbox rentals, packaging supplies, and even passport photos.
It’s so convenient to have a place like this that does it all with such professionalism. Highly recommend PostalAnnex for anyone needing reliable and fast shipping or business services. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I come here regularly. Typically everyone is professional and helpful. Today I was overcharged for an item and the clerk initially refused to charge me the price that the item was marked as. Finally, I convinced her to call her manager to honor the price that was on the item. They honored the price. Sadly, the clerk never apologized for the mistake or her initial denial of correcting the error.

This is probably one of the best places I’ve went to to get postage done to make a friend all the girls are great at the front desk. The owner is even better. Both brothers are very elegant about taking care of people’s business. I have several businesses and they personally attend to me to get my business handled right away And all my friends that are in business close by all go to them. I love this place and all my friends that I have in business is major businesses go that live in Silver Creek all at 10 and go to postal annex. I would recommend it to anybody.

Been coming to postal annex for a few years, I’ve been through 2 owner changes but the quality has seem to gone down with the newest owners. I only come now because it’s close to where I live but don’t plan on going again. To add on to my dissatisfaction the person who seemed to be the owner shamed his worker infront of me, didn’t seem professional, there’s a time and place for everything.

They have a sign claiming they offer notary services. I went there at opening, I was told that someone will be able to help me at 11:30, then it was 3:30pm, then they said 5pm. I did not go back for the 4th time. Young ladies behind the counter did not even feel proper to apologize for the inconvenience.

I go here every single day and let me tell you they are all the nicest sweetest people!! My twins who are super shy actually ask to come because they love them so much!!! Can’t say enough great things about them!! Professional and friendly! I look forward to my daily visits!

I have used the Postal Annex quite a bit for my administrative needs, including: copies, mailing and public notary. Lorena and Jen offer excellent customer service consistently. They are personable and on it! I imagine their employer values them greatly.

I'm a postal annex new franchisee just opened up a store in elk grove ca. We needed some help and info in regards to passport services. Lorena from this store took time out to help gather all the info and help we needed. We thank you for your generous support as we are new in this business. I must say if they can take time out and help their franchisee colleagues then definitely they would be giving a excellent customer service to all customers coming in the store.
