Absolutely stellar service at Premier Nissan San Jose! The staff went above and beyond in assisting me with my needs. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking an exceptional service center experience. Shoutout to their amazing shuttle driver service as well. I missed to get his name but he was checking on us from time to time as wait making sure we feel attended. 5 stars for their outstanding assistance and professionalism!

Johnny was great! He listened to my situation with financial difficulty in paying the price offered at another auto shop & offered advice that helped me to make a decision on which fixes to make right now that I can afford financially. Really appreciated how helpful he was!

"I'd like to extend my appreciation to Frederick, Wilson, and Eric for the experience I had while purchasing my car. Frederick did an excellent job coordinating and guiding me through the entire process, from the initial steps to driving off with my new vehicle. Wilson, in particular, deserves recognition for locating the exact car I wanted at the price I desired. Eric's efficient handling of the paperwork was also commendable.However, if I were to provide some constructive feedback, it would be regarding the overall pace of the dealership once a deal is reached. It often feels like there's a lack of urgency to expedite the process and get the customer on their way. In a world where efficiency is highly valued, this slower pace can be inconvenient, especially for customers with busy lives, like myself, who had to take time off work to visit the dealership. In today's fast-paced era, there should be a more streamlined and expedited process in place. Thank you."

Took my car for maintenance to Premier Nissan. One of their employees hit my car with another car. The dealership declined to take responsibility for the incident. The service adviser was adversarial and would not help. The dealership never took responsibility for the incident. They said it was the employee's fault so I would have to deal with the employee. Don't buy from these people. Don't take your vehicle for maintenance to them. It's about them, not the customer.

Sold my car here and they DID NOT FILE IT WITH THE DMV LIKE THEY SAID THEY DID! I've called at least six other times with no resolution! One year later and I am still receiving tolls, fines, etc. on my account. Do not sell your car here! You've been warned!

Though I didn't end up getting a Nissan car, I wanted to call out very professional behavior from Roberto. He was very efficient and clear in communication right from the start. He had the vehicles ready for test drive before the appointment and I was impressed by his knowledge about the cars. I will highly recommend him for your next vehicle purchase.

First time buyer and very appreciative of the help I received from Emal thanks for hearing me out and taking care of some concerns I had and I want to give Wilson my special thanks for going above and beyond with customer service and making sure I felt good about the car I purchased very satisfied with their customer service. Arrived at 12 pm for a regular service, mentioned that I was planning to wait for my car and the person that helped me mentioned that it would take only 2 hours. After 2 hours I found out that they have not even started with my car. I asked for the car to be returned and I drove away with not even an apology. That’s not the issue the issue is telling someone to wait 2 hours to then find out that they didn’t even started, it’s better to say “it will be ready by end of day” and you can take your precautions. Sad for the experience, the people working there is nice and very friendly.

Took my vehicle for servicing and my experience was fantastic. When I got to the service center, I was immediately welcomed by an employee which let me know that my service advisor would assist me shortly. My advisor, Salvador Camacho, was great. He went over what my vehicle needed based on my mileage which was only an oil and filter change and asked me if I wanted my tires rotated if inspection required it. Which I agreed. Also because it was my first time servicing my car, the oil and filter change was complimentary and I only had to pay for the tire rotation which was very cheap.I waited at the dealer. The lounge had everything you’d expect. Free WiFi, comfortable sofas and chairs and drinks station. The 2 hours that I spent there were great.At the end the service, Salvador went over everything that was done. He let me know tires were not rotated because due to the inspection it wasn’t needed. I was also told that my car was car washed which was awesome because I was going to wash it right after saving me so much time.All in all, my experience was great. You usually expect dealer service center to sell you on services and packages that are not required. So I really appreciate that only the required services were done. Keep up the great work!
