I previously rated this location 5 stars. The men that work during the day always give top notch service. They are always kind and helpful. Tonight an older lady with shoulder length blonde hair was aggressively rude. Normally I never have a problem pulling up my barcodes to scan but for some reason my WiFi connection was not connecting in the store and the lady was irritated and she was yelling asking who was ready when she should have just calmed down and helped me. It took me less than a minute to get my phone to work. She reminded me of a clucking hen and it made me feel too anxious in the store. I know they are busy this time of year but lady please keep calm. Good customer service is more important than rushing people along. I kinda feel like if she wasn't yelling I wouldn't have felt so rushed. Either way it was completely RUDE Of her to help the people behind me and make me wait for them to be done.

I have been to this UPS Store several times for random things. The people that work in this store have always been so nice. It doesn't matter if they are busy or if I'm not sure how to send something out, they are always there to help. I had to tell them how happy they always make me feel when I go in there. Their customer service is top notch, super friendly, and my packages always get to the destination on time. Will keep going back!

friendly and helpful. It's the busiest season of the year and they really have their hands full since amazon doesn't require to prep your return. They do it bc they don't have a choice. If you are in a hurry and you would like to safe some time - I highly recommend making your return ready to go. I've been going to this UPS- Store a few years now and my packages never got lost. They appreciate every costumer and provide a great service.

Don't go here for notary services. The guy struggled to understand the instructions from the government form I needed notarized. So I went to the other UPS store a mile away, they were great. Understood it was a government form. Figured it out and notarized the form. I'll give the other store 5 stars.

I calculate shipping cost online and brought box to here. The Clark intentionally measure box size 1" longer for each dimensions and charge more!

The service here was amazing, Kunal was beyond professional and detail oriented. He helped us with ever last detail shipping one of a kind artwork across the country with discounts on packing and shipping. I highly recommend this UPS store

big shout out to piyush dave and his family that own and operate this ups store. whenever i return items from amazon they help me print, package and tape my returns cheerfully without getting a dime from me. these are the kind of people that deserve our business people so please go check them out for your shipping and packaging needs. they have greeting cards, notary services and tons of stuff. go check them out.

Great ups store. Gets crowed at times especially in the morning, but the two young men are quick so you're not standing in line for hours and the owner of the store always remembers my name very humble man.

My husband and I have been using this location for our PO box for years. We discontinued for a couple of years because we had moved but when we returned to the area and chose to get another PO box, we went back to this location and the owner and his son remembered us by name. They're awesome businessmen and know their customers. They make sure that we're well taken care of. I would recommend this location for PO box needs or shipping needs!

I have never actually had a problem during any of my visits here and since my recent experience saved my life, I thought I'd write a review. This review is certainly long over due. I've been a customer for many years now and every time I do come for any services, it has always been pretty pleasant. The employees are relatively quick, so you'll be in and out in less than 5 minutes. I came by earlier today to get my essay printed for class, due to my printer breaking, THE DAY OF MY PRESENTATION/DUE DATE, I rushed to UPS and got it printed for less than $3 and out the store in time for class! I highly recommend coming here for any services, especially if you're in a rush, things will be done quick! Little to no wait time and all prices, for shipping, shipping supplies, etc are really cheap!
