“Rent a trailer form Carlos this time. Totally different experience. Would have gave a 5 but the trailer had dents which had not yet been marked with u-haul stickers to show they were existing. Carlos applied the stickers - good to go.”

“I highly recommend this place for a smog test. They even have a chair you can sit and wait while your car is getting smogged. He was fast like 20 minutes. He passed my car. They don't charge alot. Like $73 dollars. Cheaper than the smoge place on the El Camino... you save $15 . But that is a good thing. $73 is about right. They have a store inside with soda and chips cookies cigarettes lotto while you wait. The guy didn't smile. He kept looking at my car. I guess I need new tires tune up. Car was sitting at the storage for a year. I finally tolk it in for a smoge. I'm surprised it passed but we hardly drive it. Because Hondas get the catalyst converter stolen. Someone broke the door locks. They couldn't steel it. So my husband doesn't park on the street. This place is a good place for a smoge. Its fast and inexpensive. Just the guy was looking for something wrong with the car. But I guess not. My husband said it needs new tires. I don't feel comfortable with people searching for what is wrong with the car. Car repair is so expensive.”

“Picked up cargo van at 3 and there was no waiting. I was helped right away and got the van within 5 minutes.

Staff was friendly and answered my questions. They let you park your car when you are using the rental but not sure how long. The van was clean and very good condition.”

“Having endured pitiful customer service for 13 YEARS from a local propane supplier (which I won’t name here), my neighbor recommended his supplier, Suburban Propane. From my first call to them, my experience was incredible. Natalie took my initial call, heard my plight, and immediately got me on the schedule to have my near empty tank removed (tank from old supplier, who failed to fill it after NUMEROUS requests) and replaced with a SP one. Enter Alex G, a SP technician. He came by to ensure tank was hooked up correctly (which included a test) and discovered that our gas line was leaking. He recommended I call a plumber to correct the problem as it was outside Alex’s scope. Knowing the process of lining up a plumber and repairing the leak could take time, Alex created a temporary solution so that I could still have access to propane (so I had hot water for showers and gas for my stove). He wanted me to be comfortable. Alex also checked that there was no safety issue re: the leak, as far as me living in my house. When all was well, he left, having spent several (unscheduled/unexpected) hours at my property. So, in the end, after a decade+ of lousy customer service from my original supplier, I received AMAZING care by this company. Call Suburban Propane. You will not regret it.”
