This review is for Leah specifically and for the staff at this location. She is awesome, amazing, and super sweet (treats people with kindness and respect). I had a few issues/ complexities which Leah went out of her way to help me with. Despite working in a sometimes stressful job role, every time she has helped me, she is personable, professional, and seems to genuinely care about the plight of people who are getting storage units (many times forced upon them through no fault of their own). Getting prepared to move and having to place stuff in storage until the move details are worked out can be rather taxing. Having a customer service representative that makes the whole storage selection process easy is one less hassle. Gabby was exceptional in her service. Her calm, patient demeanor was just what I needed. The rental experience was exceptional. Thanks so much, Gabby, for the amazing service.

Leah and Jay were extremely helpful in helping me pick the size of my unit that best suited my needs. And were very helpful in letting me know about moisture in the air that could potentially cause damages because I did not even think about that so thank you guys!
