Hotels can be hit and miss if you've never been to any particular one but I chose this place for reasonable cost and location to where I needed to be during my stay. Small lobby, friendly staff and nice rooms. My room was clean and had no issues with it. Some people can be very picky but I felt my accommodations were good. They serve a full complimentary breakfast each morning which was pretty good with the usual food options for hot food, waffles, juices, cereal, yogurt, fruit, coffee, etc. The only problem I experienced was the TV is easily heard from the room next to me. Maybe other rooms don't have this issue. The other problem is when people walk down the hall of the second floor it can be loud. Maybe they walked heavy footsteps, I don't know. Overall I would have no problem staying here again if I came to town.Edited to add the area is very quiet and close to shopping and the freeway system.

We had a very enjoyable stay prior to our early morning departure to the airport. Several days later I discovered that I was missing an item, and possibly left it in the room. I was very pleased that Celestina was very helpful when I called - she was able to locate the item, and was very kind to package it and mail it to me, only charging me the cost of postage. I am extremely thankful for the excellent customer service I received!

Not bad! A little expensive but I mean, things are just going up you can't stop it. But for the price it's not bad. Spent 2 nights for $226. Saturdays are always More pricey than Sunday through Thursday. Super nice check in and check out. I was able to get in 2 hours early. They serve a very minimal breakfast. Make your own waffles, bottled scrambled eggs, tator tots, sausage Patty's. They also have yogurt, bread/English muffin/bagels, oatmeal packets. Very minimal but it's good enough for an affordable place in my opinion. Hot water and coffee are 24 hours as well. Room was clean, air conditioning worked wonderful, cleanI'd stay here again without hesitation, just wish it was just a little cheaper lol just a little lol

I stayed at this place from July 14th to July 17th, 2023, for a total of three nights. The staff at the front office were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel's location is generally good, although there can be some traffic congestion. When leaving the hotel, there is only a right turn option available, and the traffic light changes quickly. If you want to make a U-turn, you'll need some luck or no traffic coming from your left side. The hallways are well-maintained, with new carpets and pleasing wall colors. The rooms are spacious enough, featuring two queen-size beds. The water pressure in the shower is satisfactory. The check-in and check-out process was hassle-free. They offer a regular continental breakfast, and parking is available free of charge.

I haven't actually stayed at the hotel yet so I will update once I do, but I stopped by ahead of my stay to check out the location and take a look at a room to make sure I would feel comfortable staying there. When I entered the lobby I was greeted by Celestina - who I later found out was the general manager. She was very friendly and welcoming. When I informed her that I just wanted to take a look at a room she said "of course" with a smile and then proceeded to escorted us up to an empty room on the 3rd floor. She chatted with us about the hotel and gave us some tips on which rooms to ask for if we happened to be light sleepers (away from the road). She showed us a room with a single king bed, which is what we asked to see, but then offered to show us a room with 2 beds as well. The hotel was quiet and everything appeared very clean and tidy. We were very impressed with the hotel and with the courtesy and professionalism of Celestina. I am looking forward to my stay.

Had a great stay here. We celebrated our Lerma Reunion here in San Jose and we all stayed @ Quality Inn. The rooms were comfy and cozy. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good and kept up by the lady working it. Always refilling food. Then we met “Jackie Lopez” who was amazing!! She was so sweet and helpful to me and my family. She made us feel so comfortable. She talked and laughed with us. She was more than happy to help us get a roll away bed. She just made our memories together much better. Let’s not forget the doggies lol. Big shout out to Jackie for being so helpful. We will definitely be staying here again. I highly recommended it.

Ms. Lopez exemplified the highest level of customer service. It is rare to encounter a front clerk with such dedication to her craft. The room was not the most competitively priced, but once you step in the door you will willingly pay the difference for the pristine quality of service you receive in this establishment.

I am not sure how this place got soo many good reviews. Stayed here for one night, rooms were wayyy smaller than expected/in pictures (king bed room). Almost a non existent vanity. Rooms were clean but had a bad odor. The odor was extremely bad in the bathroom. I had to buy air fresheners to spend the night. Honestly there are much nicer hotels around in this price range ($119 with tax)Check in was one of the worst i have ever had in my life. Booked through Chase Ultimate rewards. I called to leave a note for late check in and the lady after some trouble found my reservation. However later at the front desk the lady could not find my reservation even after showing chase booking / email confirmation etc. For some reason it was under my guests name even though i booked it under my name with my card. The staff almost refused to check me in (understandably to an extent) but also argued that there is no note left from anyone. What really ruined my experience was the lady straight up lecturing me that i should have called front desk (which I did) always. She said i called central reservation and thats not right (i just called the number on this goggle listing how am i supposed to get your personal number). She kept almost ridiculing me about reserving in another name and using a “3rd party” and that i should always book through them. In this 20 minute altercation I probably talked for 1.5 minutes and she talked 18.5 minutes just telling me how everything is my fault. Just stop talking and either check me in or refuse me, no need to ridicule me.The person did eventually check me in. At that point (8:30 pm) I was too tired to even bother to express my dissatisfaction and just went on by my night coming to a pretty disappointing room.Would not come back here.

Extremely rude customer service. Refused to cancel my reservations n refund my money when I got covid. Ripoff. They got very nasty with me n told me they didn't care how sick I was or if I gave covid to everyone at the hotel.

This hotel is next to a busy street and had construction going on while we were there. This made it more challenging to enter and exit the hotel, but I feel the people and the nightly rate more than made up for it.This hotel is not your upper scale most modern Marriott accommodations by any means, but it fit my basic needs very well with a few above average expectations. Our room was clean and tidy. There wasn't much bathroom sink space in our King bed room, but it was fine for our short stay and just 2 of us.It was nice to have breakfast included. It may not have the biggest selection of items but it was sufficient for our needs and one thing that they did well was the food was always warm and cooked very well. Not overcooked, or undercooked, or dry. They were very attentive with keeping it stocked and warm. The hash brown potatoes were really good. One of the pleasant surprises of our stay was the staff. I cant say enough good things about the general manager Celestina Munoz and the weekend night desk lady Jackie. They both were very pleasant, kind, and went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed. We needed extra pillows and Celestina immediately stopped what she was doing to go get us the pillows and some extra wash clothes. We didnt have to wait for someone to deliver them to our room and hoped they showed up. We arrived at breakfast one day close to when it was ending and she wanted to make sure there was enough for us to eat breakfast.Jackie was extremely nice and was very talented at the "gift of gab". LOL She enjoys talking to guests and getting to know them and offering whatever assistance she can offer. She took the time to ask what we did that day and if we had a good time and even offered us snacks when we came back to the hotel in the evening from a long tiring day. She's the type of person who always has a smile on her face and always happy and a kind heart willing to help others. Its easy to tell Celestina and Jackie both enjoy their work and enjoy people and life. They went above and beyond the call of duty compared to most hotel employees. They treated us like friends, not just guests in a hotel. In just a few short days it seemed like we became good friends.Sometimes there's more to a hotel stay than just the room and the bed your sleeping in and they made our stay at the San Jose Quality Inn a very pleasant enjoyable stay. It made some of the small less pleasant things meaningless. Before we checked out, i gave each of them small gifts of gratitude to let them know we appreciated them and everything they did for us during our stay. If we ever get to this area again, we will be sure and look them up.Thanks Celestina and Jackie for a pleasant stay. Keep up the good work.

This should have been my first option for planning a Father's Day Weekend get away with my family. Compared to another hotel in San Jose was just not a good fit for a family environment or service and amenities. This is like day and night. I like this Quality Inn San Jose Airport much better than the other "airport" located hotel.Mainly in S.J to visit the S.J Center for the Arts. Although the first hotel was under ten minutes from that place, this Quality Inn location was a fit further drive from our visit, it is well worth the other "airport" location was horrible surroundings (people) and in generally unsafe for a family with children.During this post pandemic period, the hotel is more in tuned in and intuitive to the customers needs. Hot Breakfast -great. Room, amenities fantastic. Great location: close to freeway access, restaurants, Gas Station across the same street. Overall a better location that the other initial hotel stay. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable & accommodating. The room was fantastic. The building in general is great.

Jacky was extremely accommodating and friendly as soon as we got to the hotel. We mentioned we'd be leaving early in the morning and she gave us breakfast food to make sure we had something to eat before our early flight. She chatted with us and made my friend who I was staying with and going through a rough time feel better. Would highly recommend staying here on the weekends when Jacky is here to greet you.
