Me and my mom we waiting for 2 hours and then the the guy we are talking only people has appointment which is is not fair this is bullshit and my mom she has a medicine to take it and we have been waiting for two hours here and then they said oh sorry

Normally I am very anxious about blood draws and get woozy, but my phlebotomist was really nice and helpful. The whole process only took a few minutes with an appointment.
Note that they do let you lie down if you prefer for the blood draw, but you have to ask for it as the bed is in a separate room.

This lab has no idea what they’re doing. At first, they told me they could provide STAT results in 4-6 hours, but after drawing my blood, they changed it to 1-3 days. Completely unreliable!

I experienced only the best I could expect from such visit. Personal if very friendly. We did not wait at all. Everyone was well prepared to our visit. Nice. Thanks for your important job!

Though I like the location and it’s one of the Cleaner office spaces… a few hours later had a massive bruise that formed halfway across my forearm.. this included the commiserate added pain due to the pressure.

The appointment itself was fine, they were nice and helpful. Checking in however was frustrating because my appointment wouldn’t show up on my account so I couldn’t scan the QR code, I’ve never received a confirmation email, and when scheduling the appointment it never showed that my doctor sent out an order, until the day of the appointment even though he had sent it out two weeks prior. So I had to schedule an appointment independently, and then explain to the phlebotomist it was an order sent out by my doctor and that it’s a follow up to a previous test, before we could get started. Had a similar problem last time.

I ask the person who drew my blood to choose the smallest butterfly needle because my veins are too small, she picked a normal needle not a butterfly one and told me that it is small, but it wasn’t and my vein inflated right away and now by arm has very large bruise. I do lab test regularly and never had this experience, I won’t come to this facility again!

Understaffed. The software needs to be fixed to (1) allow me to enter (and store) my insurance information. As is the phlebotomist has to do it every time. And (2) cancel appointments and opt-out of reminders to make an appointment.

This was my first time being seen at a Quest location. I had made an appt. online and was able to schedule within a week. The online appt. system is easy to use. Upon arrival, self check in was fast and easy. I was seen very quickly right after check in at my appt. time. My phlebotomist was skilled, quick and kind. I recommend this location based on this first visit!

I have a special order from my brother's doctor to take my blood sample in San Jose and send to the designated lab in Dallas for bone marrow match with my brother due to his recent diagnose of Leukemia. Catherine or Katherine, the Area Manager for the SF south bay area, has been super responsive and extremely helpful to establish this special order and make appointment at a nearby lab with high urgency. Thank you so much!

I just went to my first and last time to get some blood work to my 1 year old. The Asia old lady who help us was really rude and almost to the point of screaming at me. She got mad cause the veins on my 1 year old wast showing good enough and he was moving a lot. I was holding him the as much as posible but she was super mad of the vein and him moving. Ones the niddle was on she was still mad cause the blood was coming slow and started talking in her native language to another person who was there and i don't know is she realized that at one point she was back in english and she said that i was dome cause i was holdings him tight enough. I was so surprised and didn't wanted to make a big sense cause my baby was in pain and crying. One they where done she put a the cotton and the tape on the baby arm scream at me " next time you better hold him tighter!!!" ( i swear i was holding him super tight) and wen on " you can just leave now, im all done" I seriously don't get it why they can't be nicer to people if your work requires you to be around people. I seriously almost came out of there crying cause of her actitud. I hope no one else get treated like us, this was in the morning and she was already in a bad mood, I can't imagine how the rest of her day will be.

The young lady that drew my blood was excellent, that was the 4th time in 15 years that someone was able to do a draw from the usual spot. I am a very hard draw, most just go straight to my hand were the veins are always showing, the downside to that is it hurts like heck.
