I made sure to schedule an appointment because these places are always packed with walk-ins! I was right - it was packed. But I only had to wait maybe 10 minutes before I was called, and my technician was skilled and friendly. I recommend this location :)

Had a great experience with both Edith and NGA at the Di Salvo clinic in San Jose. They both were so kind and helpful. Helped us deal with insurance questions. The blood drawn went very smoothly.

They charged me $1.145 for a lab test that needed to cost around 500-600 hundred, I’ve been trying to communicate to the billing department, calling them, sending emails and inquiries and they still don’t answer me, I’m so disappointed and I don’t know how else I can request the refund of the overcharge.

Rude staff that completely disregards you. Had a 1pm appointment and they called my name early around 12:45. I came back at 12:50 and they said to just wait even though my name was no longer on the list of appointments. I waited until 1:20 and left. They do not care about you here.

MAKE AN APT! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes with an appointment. You can walk in if you need to, but the wait is much longer. Every time I have gone online to make an appointment there have been plenty of options.

I checked in online and they somehow lost my reservation, so I started 35 minutes late. Then it took them 3 tries to find a blood vessel. OUCH!
