I suggest that you assign numbers to the patients so that you just flash their big number on the TV when it is their turn for extraction. That will eliminate the noisy calling of names by your staff, whose intonation and pronunciation are sometimes difficult to understand. Also, that will be a more systematic and orderly way, and will make the patients relaxed in the waiting room.

Don't come to this place, too crowd. very bad service I'm waiting for over 90min nothing happened . No front desk staff to help people.

Long waiting times, walkins are even worse times. Bad appointment management as no indication how long you will have to wait after you check in.

I was the only person there so zero wait time at 2:20 pm. Only quirk is the check-in system, the machine that scans your ID is hit or miss. I was seen immediately even though I was 10 minutes early. Competent people took care of me. No complaints.

Male staff worked on 4/25/2024 at 8am was so rude and not professional at all. Was not trying to help out an 84 years old who is limited with English and not tech savvy with self-check-in process. He needs to be retrained or change career since he has no empathies for patients. No front desk receptionist available to provide directions or check-ins.
