Can't even call these people on the phone, you just get a phone menu that tells patients to press 6 and when you press 6 it directs you to a website which doesn't even get you to a place where you can make an appointment or contact anyone! Despicable! If you press 9 like you're a provider it just says to fax information over, again, nobody picks up the phone. After an hour I finally figured out the online scheduler and it seems usable enough but all the Quest labs in the valley should not publish having a phone number when the phone number is worthless. Ten years ago you used to pick up the phone and it was much, much better for patients. Since your online scheduler failed to recognize my insurance member ID (despite it being accurate) what am I to do without a human being to talk to? Pick up your phone!! Update after visiting the office: this is what orwellian dystopia feels like. Only a checkout kiosk to scan your Driver's License and Insurance Card front and back (boy, hope their data is secure...) and the phlebotomist had to check them again ANYWAY, no receptionist it's now just a dark corner used for storage. TV playing a loop of advice for saving money on luxury travel with information about paying your bill to Quest plus marketing that "Quest wants to make things easy and convenient for you!" (*cough* LIARS), over and over...the future is truly awful. I'm not even 40 yet and plenty tech savvy and this stuff drives me absolutely up the wall; what are the senior citizens getting blood work done supposed to do? Systems like this discourages people from seeking healthcare. Also was early for my appointment, they were late. And they were having technical difficulties. At least the phlebotomist was lovely and (very notably) agreed with every single one of my complaints about Quest! And on top of all that Quest has an effective monopoly over all blood and urine work in the whole area on most insurance plans so there is no such thing as competition and improving the service; no just dystopian Orwellian monopoly and terrible, inhumane service that lies to you and tells you it's great. Stresses me out and makes my skin crawl. Shame on Quest diagnostics as a company, my apologies/sympathies to the employees stuck in that nightmare job.

Horrible horrible horrible I had an appointment but still had to wait 35 mins. There is no one at the front desk. So if you have a question, good luck figuring it out! The tech who worked on me was hostile and rough. I jumped when she poked me with the needle. I've felt pain when doing blood work but not like this. The bandage she put on fell off even before I walked out of the facility. Go to Labcorp. They have people at the front. Staff is friendlier. I have never waited more than 5 mins with appointments at labcorp.

No help since there is no front desk. If a person doesn't know how to use koiske, they are stuck. you have to wait for hours just to drop off something. can't speak with anyone.

There is no receptionist, front door is usually close and you have to wait for others to leave, and ALWAYS running behind even appointments.

Worst place to get your test done if you don’t have an appointment. It’s near impossible to get an appointment within a reasonable timeframe and they only focus on people with appointments. You can hear the staff laughing not doing their job and never calling people until the appointment time for the next patient is ready.Avoid this place and possibly this company by all means

Today around 1:00pm I was at this location. A blonde tall 60 year old phlebotomist was working there behind the front counter. She was so damn rude to older people. She talked down to them like they didn't matter and she was better than they were. I was so disgusted! I was a walk in and at 1:50 my name never moved. During this time I tried to call and go online to make an appt because they said you need an appt for faster service or they will get to you when they can. They never got to me an hour later so I left. I have to say it's no wonder your location has a two star! You should work on hiring caring people not phlebotomists that treat people like they are trashy. No one greeted me when I walked in, no one answered the phone and I will be writing reviews wherever I can. Whoever is the manager is to blame. They are trashy for not hiring caring quality people. You should be fired! Everyone there needs a lesson on etiquette, customer care and how to greet people.

Went there the Saturday after Thanksgiving. I was waiting in the lobby with another person when a staff member told us they couldn’t fit us in because they were alone. This was 2 hours before they closed too. My question is… what kind of management leaves someone alone the Saturday after a Holiday??? Poor staff member stuck without breaks and patients turned away. Betty sad to see.

Came with no appointment and there was 14 people ahead. The staff did amazing with time, I was in and out quickly. As a person who is afraid of any kind of needles, I really appreciated how Cat was able to helped ease my anxiety and really made the process smooth. Ty Cat!

Says “walk-in welcome” no they are not. Waited a long time.. asking the staff how long the wait will be, always the standard answer: “we need to get all the appointments first”, which means no answer. The staffs are rude and their attitude is horrible and they made you feel unwelcome.

My 17 year old son went in to drop off a specimen. He had never done that before and was having trouble checking in. When asking for help from a blonde woman she said she would not even talk to him unless he checked in. He tried multiple times to explain he needed help but she ignored him and refused to help him. He ended up leaving after not knowing what to do.

They really need a sign saying “Walk-ins GO AWAY!” On the door….worst ever experience with the lady trying to herd the cattle here as there is no receptionist ….standard bellow was “ walkins 1 to 3 hours wait and we may not ever get to you” and most give up and leave anyway. Luckily a guy told me as I was leaving to ignore her and was seen in 40 minutes with no appointment…good result in the end but for the wrong reasons.

We had a terrible experience. Their system went down, however, we did not receive any notice before and after the appointment. My daughter needed to get the blood test done that day because she had to leave for college the next day. I went to her doctor's office nearby and got her test order printed out. But the staffs at this lab did not accept it. They wanted the doctor to fill out their Quest paper form. However, my daughter's doctor ran out of the forms and the lab could not provide any. I'm very disappointed that in an event like this, Quest Diagnostics does not have any backup solutions and their attitude showed they did not care about customers. I will ask my doctor not to use Quest Diagnostics in the future.

Terrible attitude, continuously discouraging people waiting to leave while they are not serving anyone. Just to force people not to show up while walk ins ARE aloud. I suggest management to visit occasionally and realize what is actually happening here, this was not the case before

I like coming here; everyone is super kind and you get in and out of your appointments quickly. Linda is exceptional. I have very bad veins to get blood from; but she does it so easily and fast. It’s a very clean facility and everyone is very accommodating. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my blood tests.

Horrific experience this morning when I dropped off my 24 hour urine test! Apparently, you have to make an appointment to drop off a specimen. I was late to work almost an hour. I couldn’t believe it! Terrible service!
