Usually a pretty good experience. TODAY WAS AWESOME! Yareli really made it easy and I didn't even feel the needle go in Got it the first try and I was in and out in 3 minutes. If I could give him 10 stars I would. She's probably the best I've ever had when it comes to drawing blood! Thank you Quest!!!!❤️

The worst QUEST LABS location. I have a condition for which I have to test 1-multiple times a month depending on the test results.
I have been their customer for 5 years now.
Recently moved to SJ and found out the staff here is horrible. Rude, inconsiderate, dismissive and really do not care about patients.
Everytime I go with my standing order they point out something that is “missing” from the order but really was never required ever before. I had my doctor’s assistant speak to them on speaker and they were also surprised and quite pissed. Because none of it was ever communicated before and never goes on the standing order.
I’ve had to postpone my bloodwork because of their nonsensical “rules” which have suddenly started popping up and were non existent before.
One time the phelobotomist needed my doctor’s NPI number which was NEVER needed before. Somehow, I found out the number and shared it, but suddenly they refused to entertain me because it was only 5 mins before their closing time and they could not spare 2 mins for me. I was there with an appointment like always which held no value!
The next time I went in, there was another phlebotomist who did not care about the NPI number this time but needed the doctor to specify weekly/monthly/ bi weekly schedule on the sheet for blood draw (the doctor had mentioned 1-4 times a month). But really the doctor cannot specify that as all of it depends on my blood results. And I said this to the phlebotomist clearly too.
I was stern this time and let the lady know that they were harassing patients and that I will file a complaint. She then proceeded to draw my blood.
To patients going in here, please don’t take any shit from them. They talk stupid shit sometimes but be stern and make them see how silly they are acting.

It was very fast. I got to there just waiting for two minutes and the lady called me inside, 2 mins everything was done , very professional and friendly.

This is the worst location of Quest I have been to. I have a appointment 2:45 pm when I arrive they said last appointment is 2:40 pm I arrived at 2:40 I told him I have a 245 they say no I didn’t have it and I have my confirmation appointment and I didn’t want to take -in they waste my time they didn’t want to see me they turn me back they said make a another appointment. This is the worst location BAD SERVICE DONT WASTE TIME AND MONEY

The workers were very nice! I started to feel uncomfortable seeing my blood fill the tube and the lady talked me through it and made me feel more secure.
