I've been waiting months for this company to install a handicap ramp at the front door. The V. A. Department set me up with this company. Phone call after phone call after phone call they finally scheduled an appointment for it to be installed. The installer had talked to me over the phone and knew exactly how it Was to be installed. They came out and somewhat installed it on a Friday afternoon. When I got there to see it I could not believe what they left or the way they left it. When I called the office lady just kept saying it was ADA compliant. First parts of it was held together with black tie wraps. Then on the down hill side it was missing a section of railing. It was not level at all. It blocked the access to the garage and the access to the driveway. One section of railing was installed backwards. There were other problems with it but I'm sure you get the point. I've attacked a few pictures. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I had a great experience here, they gave me a quote by email and then fixed my chair up very quicklyPrice was not bad. Chair is still in great condition and working well

I had Worse experience with this people. I called for battery replacement for wheelchair and required only but after replacing it totally stopped working and this people charged me twice of actualNOT RECOMMENDED ?

Paid 3000 down 2 months ago never got my lift im not happy asked for my money back getting a song and dance .i feel ripped off .i have 1 leg i paid good money and now i want a refund for what i havnt received. I think they shouldnt take advanyage of handicapped people
