My parking permit fell and was not visible costing me 500 dollars for a few hours. Tack on a weekend fee and your hope in humanity and your bank account take a hit. If I'm homeless due to not being able to get to work or pay my rent I will blame Rebellos for putting me in that situation. The worst of humanity at this establishment.

Absolutely criminal charges. $550 for retrieving a towed vehicle within a few hours and giving garbage line items like “gate fee” and “storage fee” when they could barely retrieve the car information because it wasn’t even in their system.
