I worked with Lucky and Bruno for finding a new boot, fitting, and new footbeds for my new job and they both were fantastic! When the first shoe I picked want what I needed for the job but fit perfectly, they found a similar boot with the proper specs and took care of it for me! Best boot buying process I’ve been through and I’ve been through a handful! Shoutout Lucky and Bruno for the expert service!

Great customer service ! I bought some boots for work and a guy named Bruno was super cool and so helpful . He helped me find the right cushion for my boots and even rolled out some of the kinks on the inside of the boot that was bothering my ankle with a tool he had in the back . Boots feel like walking on clouds . Great guy , and great place . 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our recent visit to this store, which involved a 30+ mile trip, was absolutely worth it—all thanks to the exceptional service from Lucky and Benito.
We specifically made the long drive because of Lucky's reputation, and he completely exceeded our expectations. His knowledge of the Heritage line is truly unparalleled; he is an absolute expert, and his insights were invaluable.
Equally impressive was Benito, who was incredibly courteous and demonstrated a fantastic level of knowledge as well.
The service we received from both of them was not just competent, it was genuinely delightful. They made the entire visit fun and left me with a fantastic, good feeling. If you're looking for the best expertise and service, be sure to seek out Lucky and Benito!

Everything was great! Pleasantly surprised how in depth the process was as soon as we walked in the door. Didn't feel overwhelmed or lost. Got to check feet size and width, quick and easy process. Bruno was very helpful and knowledgeable. Wasn't pushy or trying to upscale. Just overall a great experience! Highly recommend

Came in to the Red Wing store for my annual boot replacement, met up with lucky who was great very knowledgeable and informative. I was going to pick the same boots i had previously but he got me into some a little different with some foot soles which make a huge difference in comfort. If your looking for some red wings make sure to stop by this place theyll get you set up right.
