The assistant was very helpful with my downsizing request and the time spent with processing the paperwork was minimal. They found the perfect storage for me on the same floor and just around the corner from my original one. Needless to say it was a loooong day for me! lol

Clean and modern 5 year old facility. Good prices (less than Extra space storage) with lots of added perks such as free van rental, use of Dolly carts, and even a free 30 minute assistance with moving stuff. Friendly staff. So far so good.

Needed some inexpensive storage last minute and found saf keep. Had a great experience and was in and out within 1.5 hrs! The staff was very polite and helpful. Alex showed us around and helped us move stuff into the unit with their free move-in service. Excellent service! We really appreciate it and will use Saf Keep again for future storage needs.

Decent place, they keep it clean, climate controlled and gated. Office people have been kind. The rent is too high, but it's an expensive place just to live in Silicon Valley.
