Came to the bakery for a cake and was so pleased at the service and how the cake turned out. I ordered a Barbie cake for my daughter birthday and cupcakes and it was 25 for the cake and 20 for two dozen cupcakes. When I picked up the cake day of the man was so sweet and excited about the cake. He made sure the cake would not slide around the box and even wheeled it out for me. My daughter and I were both over the moon with how it turned out and the taste was even more delicious! Thank you so much and cant wait to come back and get another cake!

place is a rip off they price gouge way too much of their items here... went here to get some sugar free ketchup and for a small little bottle it was 5$ i go to walmart usally and the same ketchup and size there is sold for wayyyyy cheaper.. this place is a bunch of greedy money hungry crooks.. hope they go out of business someday like the one by valley fair did

Midtown Safeway is a frustrating experience. It is stocked okay, which is why it gets a 2-star rating, but it seems to be way understaffed and the staff on duty seem unmotivated and demoralized. I do not usually go there. Today is a perfect example why. The inventory in my cart wasn’t found when scanned. It took me 15 minutes for a manager to show up and deal with it.

Safeway is convenient and has fairly good produce in a selection of other goods. But sometimes the meat department is lacking. I highly suggest staying away from their seafood. I've tried the fresh and frozen and many times I get it home and it's rotten. And they actually gave me a bad time returning some clams that I had bought the day before. And they gave me a bad time also about returning some pork ribs that when I opened the package were green and smelled like rotten eggs. Come on Safeway stop selling, expired meat items to your customers.

came to this Safeway around 9-10am and grabbed a few snacks. checked out at the self checkout, I had two boxes of grapes, so I double scanned them and the worker in the self checkout kept starring at me and finally came up to me saying "I think you forgot to scan something." And I said, "I doubled scanned the grapes because I bought 2 boxes.", so she responded saying, "Oh okay I wasn't 100% sure." Unfortunately, she did not give me her name. it really made me embarrassed and offended that she said would assume I was stealing. I understand that paying attention to things like this is part of the job, however, I feel she stereotyped and racially profiled me because I'm a Hispanic woman who was wearing pajamas while checking out in the self checkout, considering the area that the Safeway is located... Worker description: short, heavy set Hispanic, & had black blazer and blue shirt. I hope this gets addressed.

The staff has been super helpful when I've had trouble finding a cart or couldn't find something in the store. It's usually well stocked and the lines aren't too long most of the time.

I love their selection options, and got to try dragon fruit for the first time, thanks to them. Also, the cashier who helped me had the best attitude and gave amazing customer service!

BOGO my favorite place for good deals on food.I once saved 45% just buying BOGO itemsClean store and mostly well stocked.A lot of zero free sugar items or no sugar added. Love it!

The staff work hard to be sure everything is order. Being open 24hrs is huge. As a dad working two jobs, I really appreciate being able to grocery shop at 1030pm.

Did an online pickup order. Checked in to let them know I was on the way and then checked in to let them know I arrived. After 5 minutes the app advised me to call the number listed to get help. Tried 4 times and either was taken directly to voicemail or it just kept ringing. Finally called customer service and was told someone would be out. Waited 25-30 minutes total

Pick-up grocery order placed through their app was nearly 24 hours late. The store would not pick up their phones when I called to inquire about the order. When it was finally ready 1/2 of the order was either out of stock or substituted with completely different products. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
