Today I went in for one item, kitty litter bags, rushing in and out, using self-checkout. Got home couldn’t find my phone with all cards/cash attached, left at the self checkout. After freaking out at home, calling over and over, rushed back, where Robin (lead front in) remembered me and my son, advised me to come back at 2:30, when key to safe was available. All I heard was “we have ur phone” almost in tears. God Bless Safeway

I’ve been coming to this Safeway since she opened, was definitely very needed, the old Safeway off Winchester and Stevens Creek was rough. Always well stocked and the staff is very friendly, Especially Robyn.

Love it. I feel like Normy from the sitcom Cheers from back in the day. This store has a family feel to it. Produce Dept always looks spectacular. Next to all the delicious cookies from the Bakery.
Can't forget Victor and the fellas in the meat dept....always helpful.

This is my go to Safeway. Robyn the store manager is the greatest!
I went in on a Saturday afternoon and the store had alot of holes where product should be. Maybe they didn't get a shipment. It was cold and looking for the deli soup.

It was ok, lots of parking, few homeless, lots of handicapped parking, no Starbucks, bathrooms are not that clean or updated. Staff ok, lots of shopping carts. Located in a plaza.

Customer service isn’t open until 3:30pm on a Tuesday while other workers are walking around the store? Pretty weird skip this Safeway.

Don’t come to this store at night unless you want really bad customer service and want to wait in extremely long lines to check out. Some of the employees who work here at night are extremely rude and unprofessional. The only reason that I come to this dump is because I live near it but every time I shop here I end up regretting it.

The employees are extremely unprofessional. As I was checking out at self-checkout, this lady stood directly behind me as if I was stealing. I turned around and asked her if she wanted to check me out, and she replied," Do you need help". I told her no and asked if she was going to just stand there to watch me check out. She literally stood there and pretended as if she wasn’t watching me, but when I turned around she was looking directly at me. How rude and disrespectful to be treated as such. Discrimination and racial profiling isn’t a good appearance because not all Indigenous people are criminals and I clearly wasn’t stealing.

I went to get one item and realized this Safeway was filled with everything imaginable to enjoy a feast for a king ! Wow ! I mean being in a wheelchair, it seemed like every isle was clean and all the items were very accessible and the customer service was above compare and so helpful . I'm really convinced that this Safeway on Payne stands by their word for the people with an empeccable attitude ! Muchos Gracias !
