I love this laundry place. I’ve gone to many laundromat’s and this one is by far the best. The cleanliness of this place and the helpfulness of the staff is just amazing.

The laundromat is nice, space & machines are clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Easy payments and fair prices. Thank you
Some of the customers, on the other hand… very entitled, not knowing how to share the space and the utilities

I came 3 times between 3pm-6pm yesterday. Can’t believe in all 3 occasions, there are no carts to use. I have to hand-hold my wet clothes in 3 washers and put them in dryers. Can you believe that?
Despite not using the carts, people are holding them up to their dear life. They put detergent bottles, softener, various other stuff in the cart, then walk away; go to their car; play mobile games; do various other stuff to mark their possession/territory. They place all kinds of stuff to keep the cart lying around, and intentionally not release the carts for other customers.
Business owners need look at this seriously. This creates very bad experience for other customers. I was lucky that the dryers nearby the washers were empty, I can hand-wrapping the wet clothes not too long before being able to dump it to the dryer

So I honestly outright forgot my jacket after washing it and l drying it I noticed it was not completely dry I put it to dry an extra 10 minutes after folding my other clothes I left and when I got home witch is only 3 minutes away I remembered the jacket so I returned to get my jacket I had forgotten NOT intentionally leaving it there in the dryer the attendant asked me for 5$ for unattended items left behind I told her I had forgotten it and didn’t intentionally leave it unattended it was a simple mistake. Anyway I will Not be coming back to this place . That’s pretty much scamming stealing people’s money. Lost a good customer for 5$

I like doing my laundry here, better then at my apartments bc it’s cheaper and more convenient for me. At my apartments it is $2.75 for a small load and I usually have 3-4 loads and it takes longer to finish and when I go to Safi Laundry Mat I can just throw everything in one load for only $8 and to dry it is only $0.25 and at my apartments it cost $2.00 to dry so I end up spending more. Safi is also always clean and has very helpful and friendly staff.

I live in downtown San Jose but I love this laundry mat so much I don't mind the 10min travel to get to this place. Machines are great, clean and in working order. This is a coinless laundry mat which I prefer, I'm a big fan of loyalty points which they offer when you come consistently. I bring my own detergent pods but they do have detergent for sale as well as it's located in a shopping corner where you can find what you need. Awesome place, it'll always be my #1 go to laundry mat!

Best one around. Doesn't try to skim your credit card either. Thursday is usually less people. Clean, bathroom in back (must have been out of order the time I recall, hubby does laundry). Has big washers and dryers.

Safi Laundry has been a great partner and supporter to the surrounding community. We are a no-profit organization that serves primarily the Mayfair Community although we will provide services to everyone who comes through our doors. Finding a local partner to provide laundry services to the guest we serve was more challenging than we anticipated. Everytime we uttered the words “non-profit”, “unhoused population", “homeless prevention” or “immigration reform" the doors were shut in our faces (figuratively) until we met Anita and Terry (Owners). They were excited to serve the community in their capacity and provided a smooth and quick process for us to give our guests the opportunity to wash and dry their laundry which goes beyond just clean clothes. It’s dignity, confidence and pro health. We believe the state of their establishment is a reflection of their hearts and we are truly grateful.

Was a very clean laundromat, the attendant Virginia was pleasant and helped me as soon as I walked in. They have a machine that dispenses a card to use the washers and dryers, she showed me the process and how to use machines. I went on a Saturday morning and was not too crowded at first but was much busy after 11am. Will definitely be returning to this laundromat

I really like doing my laundry here. I did my laundry on Monday evening. The lady that was working is very weird. She moves like a robot, No emotions when asked a question. She is downright creepy.
