Bad communication within staff and with patients. Randomly discontinuing insurances. Rude front desk.

I don't trust this medical center nor its doctors AT ALL for my own nor anyone else's healthcare. I've worked in big healthcare administrations for the past 14 years and know what excellent, compassionate healthcare looks like and this place DOES NOT CARE about what a patient needs. First, the PCP my insurance assigned me to (Dr. Cipoletti) is "retiring" and all his staff tell me the same thing. My thoughts are "then why is my insurance assigning me to him and why is he even taking me on and not reassigning me to one of the other doctors at this practice?" So Dr. Cipoletti sees me for my first "new patient" visit and barely does an exam then basically abandons me after that because I try to reschedule an appointment and his staff are like "uh well he's retiring so...we will schedule you with another doctor for now". They schedule me with another one of their doctors and I felt like he was not advocating for me. Instead he advocated for the insurance company. I say this because I told him I felt I needed a certain diagnostic procedure to test some pains in my chest and he says "well statistically you don't need it and insurance won't cover it anyway. I'll put the order in but you will have to pay the $200 bill". Again being in healthcare I kNOW that if a doctor tells insurance a test if "medically necessary" then insurance will pay. I've had doctors do this even though they don't think I need it. Those other compassionate doctors just want to make sure I, THE PATIENT, feels heard and THE PATIENT has some say so in their healthcare decisions and that my fears or qualms are smoothed over. That's what I call "advocating for the patient". I've changed my PCP after this horrifying experience. PLEASE DON'T TRUST THEM.

I called Sunday to schedule an appointment or get information about urgent care, I showed Monday morning because no way to schedule appointments, the lady at front beside rudeness way to ask the reason of my visit, with no empathy send me away to look for services somewhere else, this Samaritan Medical Care Center should not promote Walk ins welcome to kick them away… I’m not coming back here ever again

Is this place even legit? I went here for a worker’s comp situation and had zero support or care. All they did was take me off work for the week which probably hurt more in the long run. I didn’t even have the same doctor and all he was concerned with was what to write on my release document, no exam or anything!

This place is a joke, I went there 3 times, they did nothing for me except over $700 in bills because I couldn't pay it upfront samaritan group reported amount owed to a credit agency my credit is f***** I have never heard of a legit practice report $$$ owed to a credit agency rather than work with me..This was the exact Exact reason why I went there to begin with, it was supposed to be affordable and within my budget.I'm glad to say I now have a REAL health care, and real doctors who care about there patients. It seems counter productive to hurt the patients you were supposedly trying to help to begin with. In the 3 times I went there, it was evidently a mad house where the contracted doctors, were constantly transferred in and out, providing no stability for the patients.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. A lady picked up the phone and said She was helping a client and asked me to wait (as of today at 11:43am. After waiting on the phone and kept hearing the click/reject back to waiting elevator music over and over and finally someone just hung up the phone without talking to me. When I called them back the lady sounded like I don't know a lot and as if she couldn't wait to hang up on me... again.

Sad to say that when you go to a new office, as I did last week- you get treated so horribly. Why is it that the only place you can get away with having people wait for so long is always a doctor's office? My story- I arrived 10 minutes early before my scheduled appointment- no one was waiting, and I could see there was at least 5 staff members wandering around. I got my paperwork, filled it out in 5 minutes and returned it to the front desk. Gave them my insurance card and id. I waited, sitting there in an empty waiting room for 20 minutes, and walked to the front desk where they said, great, we are ready for you let's collect your co-pay. So I paid the co-pay, got all my id back and now it was 15 minutes after the hour when they escorted me to the room. 5 minutes later a nurse came in took my vitals and my complaint once again and left me. There I sat for 30 minutes- now 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment, I got my things and left and as I leave the receptionist tells me to have a great day. Does customer care not apply to patient care in a doctor's office? How is this fair and reasonable? Looking for a good GP, any recommendations?***Per your canned response I still will not change my review as it is accurate in every way.

It's been a while since i've been here but sometimes I still think about this place. I remember the front desk staff often being very rude, over the phone and especially in person. I would have to wait at least 40 minutes to 2 hours until I could see the doctor. My appointments were also made weeks in advance and I still could not get in at the time I made. One of the worst experiences I had was when I told my doctor about a dermatological issue, they had me come in for an appointment, misdiagnosed me (probably because they were not a dermatologist) and then gave me medication for the wrong thing. I saw that there was no improvement from using the medication so I called the office to request an appointment with a specialist & they said the doctor had to see me again before authorizing it. I saw him again and waited 2 hours that time just for him to say that I should see a specialist (derm). So I basically had 3 hours of my time and $25 wasted for no reason.Maybe that wasn't a such a horrible thing but I think all of the experiences here (the rudeness from the staff, inefficiency etc..) all kind of snowballed to a nasty experience here.

My wife thinks that covid is fake and that the immunizations / vaccines are intended to harm hurt people. I appreciate that Dr. Nagarajan made it clear that Covid is not fake and that immunizations can save your life or prevent you getting sick or more sick. Thanks to Briana at the front desk / scheduling for letting my wife know that doctors help people and help prevent sickness / illness. Or can mitigate, stop, take out, cure cancer. My wife often believes / says that seeing a doctor means you're sick. So she thinks not seeing the doctor would mean she's not sick and doesn't have cancer. In fact, you need to be seen by doctors to analyze / detect any health issues and doctors can cure / treat health issues before they become more serious. Thank you Briana.

Dr Garrett is the worst doctor I've ever encountered. I don't typically write bad reviews but anyone thinking of choosing this medical group should read the Yelp reviews. He is quick to diagnose, doesn't give you time to talk (always behind with his patients) and when you are able to say something he doesn't listen. My husband had an appointment at 4pm, they took his vitals and left him in the room for over an hour. he had to leave the room and tell an MA that no one had seen him. They moved him to a room closer to the front of the building. They FORGOT him in the room! What medical office does that?! Wish I would have read the reviews before picking this office. Especially Garrett. Will be changing PCPs tomorrow.
