If I could leave zero stars I would. This office quoted us for two walk in closets which we made clear was the reason we were signing. We chose this due to space over another much more affordable complex. Upon move in, we do not have the floor plan they gave us and definitely don't have closet space. We tried multiple times reaching out to see if anything could be done. Instead they sent us a reply saying they wouldn't do anything to help us. They also said they are not responsible for incorrect floor plans. They said we can pay a $1000 transfer fee if we want to move in a couple months IF something opens up. In which case we would be responsible for the move. Beware of what you sign up for here. The leasing office doesn’t care about its tenants. Should have gone with Avalon.

The worst security I have experienced. Car break ins and legitimate security concerns will not be prioritized. Instead, security will spend their time kicking visitors out of an empty gym or aggressively kicking cooperating residents out of the pool/hot tub area right at close time. As others mentioned, packages are often lost/stolen and key fobs do not consistently work. The community of people and the location is great. The units are also spacious. It would be easy to make this place a 5 star review with some changes. However, I would stay away in the current state.

I have lived at Serrano Heights for about four years. It has been a an amazing experience living here. Val in the leasing office is very professional and easy to deal with. Val is also incredibly efficient as I know there are a lot of residents here but she always responds quickly, is very helpful and supportive.

Convenient location. The townhouse I live in is underwhelming for the price. Old outdated windows that don't work very well. Washer/dryer combo is very low end for a place touted as "luxury living". Blinds on the large windows in the living room barely function and clearly need to be replaced. The sliding screen door handle on that same window has been broken since I moved in. Overall these places are not even close to luxury and are in dire need of maintenance and updating in the interior. The fake grass for the dogs to use is extremely undersized for the amount of dogs that use them which means they have a consistent stench of dog urine wofting throughout the area.

Santana heights did not give us back our 600$ deposit even after a month! We went into the office, called them, and emailed them numerous times and they told us that they couldn’t find our information. We gave them proof of payment and they ghosted us.

I really love living in Santana Hieghts. Great community of people. Great place to network and meet people. Leasing office has the best events. Every month they have events for the residence. Unlimited mimosas and beverages. So much fun! Sponsored by Xfinity

I definitely do not recommend this place because there is a lot of noise every morning as a garbage truck passes by, it feels like a big truck passes by. You have built a house in the technology valley, but you do not know about technology, we are also tired of the sounds of cars from the outside, the inside of the building is terrible, it has never been renovated, everything is broken and it is definitely not worth paying 4500 dollars rent ??

Having resided in Santana Row (Managed by Greystar) for five years, including Misora Apartments, we were taken aback when faced with an $1880 charge upon moving out. In our previous moves within Santana Row, we were never subjected to such fees. This time, however, they insisted on charging us for carpet replacement, without any details even though it's already over 21 days after we moved out. When we went to the office, the manager Jennifer Ross, who signed the invoice, said she didn't know anything about this charge and we had to reach out to Greystar. When we reached out to Kyle Hale in Greystar, he sent us the same invoice with no additional details.Given my husband's knowledge of tenant rights due to his profession, we knew this charge was not only exorbitant but also illegal without the details provided within 21 days. It's disheartening that Misora Apartments and its management were unwilling to cooperate or find a fair resolution. We strongly advise potential residents to carefully consider Santana Row and any apartments managed by Greystar. It appears that the way residents are treated and the policies implemented at Misora Apartments may not always prioritize the best interests of tenants. Also please be aware of potential charges when you decide to move out.To address this matter, we have decided to take legal action by filing a small claims court case. We will provide updates regarding the outcome of this dispute. It is our hope that this situation will be resolved fairly and justly.
