Never a problem with a claim. We’ve had a few over the decades we’ve been with Allstate. Each was handled efficiently with generous payout.(Insured: Cars, Home and Umbrella)

I put one star because I need to inorder to make a review. I am not satisfied with this office of Sara Hom at all. They are not professional, they do not know what confidentiality means or stands for. Then they cover it up, when they get called out on it. I am hoping that not all Allstate Offices are the same.

Unresponsive. Sent numerous e-mails and doesn't respond. I ended up cancelling my policy and even through the cancellation, it was not processed until I called Allstate directly. Poor customer service and lacks any communication with customers. I often question whether this is a real person due to the absence of communication outside of the auto-generated messages by Allstate

I highly recommend Lidia Gomez for all of your insurance needs. She went above and beyond, explaining the processes to me. I was treated like a valued client. She was very friendly and efficient!!! She listened to my need and didn't try to force me into something that wasn't right for me and my circumstances!!! It wasn't about losing a policy, it was about doing what was right for the customer!!! She really had MY best interest in mind. Thank you Lidia!!!
