I like to go to Sephora to buy new makeup because I get good advice from the estheticians. On this occasion, I met Samuel, who gave me great tips on applying makeup according to my age.

This Sephora has a wide variety of products and staff are helpful. Unfortunately, even right at opening, samples were completely scooped out or dirty and the stations with makeup remover and cotton were empty and full of trash so it was hard to swatch and try new things.

Came here today and Sam did my makeup, Sam was everything, super sweet, very professional asked me the style I was looking for and what I was doing make up for. Showed him a picture and told him to do his thing and he did just that! Will definitely be booking with Sam again! My husband loved it!

4 employees standing by the door, no greeting, I was looking for a specific huda beauty eye pencil, looked around for help, asked an employee who was running past me and he pointed me in the general direction of the display, no asking after if I needed help. I find the display, the product was not on the shelf so looked around to see if anyone is there - no one, opened the lower drawers could not find the pencil. An employee walked up and reprimanded me for opening the drawer, no hello, let me help u find what u r looking for. I told her there was no one and she told me to calm down. She said the product was out after looking in the same drawers. I asked her name and honestly can’t remember but I spoke to the group of 4 women by the door on my way out - Jennifer said she was the manager and was one of them, stated that they were assigned to the front of the store and can’t move from there when I said there is no employee in the corners where huda beauty was. Rude women, snide comments about have a nice day - I responded that I will once I walk out. Not going back for sure. No wonder Sephora is losing money and customers. Employees standing around, no greeting and no eye contact, no asking customers if they need help. I will buy my eye liner someplace else no harm to me but Sephora earned a lot of bad word of mouth reviews and loss of my money spent there.

Shout out to Erin! She really helped me today trying on different foundations and finding my perfect shade. I really appreciate her taking her time helping me! She made me feel good about myself. I tried finding the employee survey but couldn’t find the link in the email that was sent to me, so I hope this gets to her. Thank you Erin! 😊

I’ve had mixed experiences here- there have been a couple of times staff have been friendly and truly helpful (there are a couple items I still use and love based on their recommendations and demos alone! 💕) - on the other hand, I’ve had a handful of experiences in which I’ve felt profiled/targeted (e.g. literally being followed around by a specific employee; or another instance where I was simply waiting by an endcap as one staff member was in the back looking for an item I requested - another staff member approached me, kept asking if I needed anything and only after calling her other coworker to verify that she indeed was looking for an item for me, did she leave me alone). I can’t recall the last time in general I’ve felt profiled while shopping- this place takes the cake in my recent recollection (and I’ve lived in the south!) Overall, I don’t find this to be the friendliest Sephora and based on customer experience alone, I tend to skip it.

My daughter had her makeup done for JS Prom here at this branch. For sure all their makeup artist are all excellent, and professional, for us we thank Samuel for a great job. And very nice person. Highly recommended ??????
They also have numerous beauty products, I guess you will find all you need here inside the shop.
Highly recommended. ??????
For us men, plenty of coffee shops or other places to hang around while waiting. ??????

It's a place where I love to go and shop. What I notice is that the perfume area has less and less variety, the same in Lancome and Dior.

Went in today and received excellent customer service from the Assistant manager Helen. In the past I've had a great experience as well and inventory is always great. Will definitely be back.
