Went in today and received excellent customer service from the Assistant manager Helen. In the past I've had a great experience as well and inventory is always great. Will definitely be back.

Lauren and Genevieve were so nice and made my shopping experience here the best I've ever had at any Sephora! They genuinely wanted to help, were thoughtful and knowledgeable, friendly and warm! They weren't on any agenda to sell but just made me feel welcomed, which makes me feel so comfortable to shop to my heart's content. I accidentally dropped my cell phone magnet stand and phone and Lauren literally got on hands and knees with me and fished it out from under the shelf! Talk about excellent customer service! I was notified and grateful! Someone get these two a raise! I'll be sure to stop in next time I'm in the area!

When it comes to exceptional customer service, look no further than Genevieve at Sephora. From the moment I stepped through the doors, her warm and genuine demeanor made my experience truly outstanding. Genevieve's personable approach and genuine kindness were evident as she offered excellent and HONEST guidance on every product I inquired about. Her expertise and willingness to assist made navigating the store a breeze-- nothing about her was phony or "salesey". It's individuals like Genevieve who truly demonstrate the excellence that sets Sephora apart. Her beautiful spirit, inside and out, enhances the already amazing reputation of this store. For an unparalleled shopping experience, requesting Genevieve's assistance is an absolute must!

This store is so busy in the weekend that is even difficult to move around. Same products that other Sephora’s have, but they looked short staffed.

I had an incredible 60-minute full face makeup session with Adalynn, and I can't express how amazed I am by her makeup artistry! She skillfully transformed my look, and I received numerous compliments that evening. Adalynn's attention to detail and effort were evident, yet she made the whole process seem effortless. Her high level of skill truly sets her apart, and I'm eagerly anticipating my next session with her. Adalynn is undoubtedly a makeup artist par excellence!

Jose was so nice and helped me choose a few items! He recommended things I know I'll love! The system was also down and he did his best to try to see if the system could work with my items but unfortunately did not. I was super bummed it stopped working but I'm glad they were held. Good experience at this Sephora!

This store is a hit or miss. I came to pick up my online order and had selected in-store pickup at the checkout. As I'm waiting in line I lookup my order in the app and apparently 3 of my items were out of stock. I was really disappointed so I just waited to see what the cashier was gonna say about my options.Once I got to the cashier she asked for my name and she said she would go in the back and grab my order. She had black curly hair and fair skin. She came back and pushed the bag towards me and said "I'm gonna scan it and then you'll be all good to go". She didn't even bother to tell me that there was an issue with my order...so I told her "well there's three items that were out of stock"..."Yeah well you were never charged so we just cancelled it" (Mind you, there have been plenty of times that Sephora has ordered a product for me that was out of stock and sent it to my house for no shipping cost and she didn't even bring that option up). She had such an attitude and her face said it all...she might as well told me "Not my problem, get out of my face so I can deal with the next person in line" I asked her if she could please just check for one of the items (it was the Charlotte Tilbury magic eye rescue) and she just picked up her phone and said "no we don't have it" AS IF SHE DOESN'T HAVE A HEADSET WIRE THING THAT COMMUNICATES WITH ALL THE EMPLOYEES...She literally could've asked the employees on the floor if it was there and she was just trying to get rid of me. I decide not to give this lady any of my attitude so I grab my bag and start heading out the door. With an ounce of hope left inside me, I go ask the male employee standing next to the Charlotte Tilbury section if they have the magic eye rescue cream and sure enough he gets on the headset and asks everyone on the floor and they find it IN STOCK in less than a minute. I explain what happened at the cash register and he was understanding and checked me out with his handheld device. His customer service really made my day. The employees that wander the floor are always so nice. But the cashiers??? They get so irritated and act so surprised when the line is long and they actually have to help customers. Like hello? you work in retail! Makeup and skincare are high demand products! What do you expect?!

Shelves were a mess and had low stock. The whole store needed attention, yet the employees stood around talking amongst themselves in groups of 3. They acted annoyed and snarky when I asked questions or if I didn’t have product knowledge. I don’t work here. Why would I know everything? I needed advice not dirty looks and to be scoffed at. One girl clearly didn’t know what she was talking about because she told me two clearly false things about products. Seemed like she just wanted me to buy the more expensive stuff.Seriously, this place gave me a flashback of high school. Employees need to grow up and do their jobs. Only cool one was Jose.I suggest going to Valley Fair Sephora.
