Pretty bad experience with the cashier herself on 12/18/25. I went in wanting to use my credit card and apply the 25% off that I got for my signing on and I wanted to have them help me place the online order since it was an expensive hair dryer during the holiday season I did not expect them to have any stock. The manager or assistant manager was able to find a similar model and I was able to take the dryer home but for whether reason my discount code was not applying. I kept apologizing to the cashier for the trouble but she kept having an attitude. I understand it’s busy holiday season but there is no need to be so rude. After trying and scanning my code many times she called the manager again and he manually applied the discount. I was grateful and thanked them but then she went onto her mic and said “you’re going to give her the discount? What if she tries and uses it again?” That’s what really soured me. There no need or reason to accuse me or anyone of that. Felt like she was judging me for something that wasn’t even remotely my fault. I went into the store expecting to pay a big price for an expensive hair dryer and for my discount to be redeemed not for it to have issues. That comment was just unnecessary as was her attitude. Overall the manager was helpful but the cashier herself made the experience a very negative one.

I received the snobbiest service from Valeria at the register who didn’t let me look at the items I ordered for pick up I just wanted to ensure the products were ok and I his snobby lady Valeria rushed me off.
Not sure why this company allows snobby ladies to work for them like Valeria bit terrible service.

had such a great experience at Sephora thanks to Ron! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, patient, and genuinely excited to help me find exactly what I needed. He listened to what I was looking for, gave expert recommendations, and explained everything perfectly.
If you go to Sephora, definitely ask for Ron. He made my whole shopping experience easy, fun, and super helpful. I left feeling confident and excited about my purchase. Highly recommend him!

Convenient location. Great service and stock. Lines are not terribly long. Very happy to have a Sephora close to home for quick pickups and easy returns.

I prefer this Sephora location to the one at the mall as it is way less crowded and usually has a similar selection of products. The staff are also very helpful and friendly.

Came in to restock up on makeup and get matched for a new foundation. My skin has been changing at 40+ and my tried-and-true brand was no longer working for my skin. I usually dread getting matched for a foundation because the associates are so bothered typically when I ask, but I was pleasantly surprised during this visit. Tiffany helped me out and made the whole process fun and easy. She provided great conversation and insights while we explored options. I went with a Haus Labs foundation and even picked up a new concealer and powder. I also got some other things too like an eyebrow pencil, blush and lip tint. I had a mailer coupon which helped bring the cost down. Thank you Sephora Insider! Overall great experience. The store was beautiful and clean despite undergoing construction. Not too busy too. Definitely will be back to this store. Much better experience than the Santana Row location or shopping at Ulta in Campbell where the associates tend to be less friendly.

Wife was very keen to visit this store and pick up certain things which she had planned and hence we were here. It took a long time for her to get her things and she was doing this I was looking around and found this place to have everything for a woman like from skin care, hair etc. great collection and amazing service.A Sephora for everyone from teenagers to elderly women.

While the employees are usually lovely, the store is never too busy, and I tend to go to this one because it's most convenient - I was unfortunately made aware today that their 60 day credit back policy was no longer in place and the manager wouldn't make an exception for me as a loyal VIB even though I was only 5 days over the limit. I know an exception could have been made because that's within the manager's capabilities (I used to work retail), so looking me in the face telling me you can't was extremely disappointing. She could have let me leave feeling extremely grateful and now knowledgeable on the updated policy, but unfortunately from experience, I know that only the squeaky wheels get the grease (meaning if I had caused a scene and thrown a fit, then I would've gotten the exception). I'm not sure why these types of customers get rewarded when the compliant ones have to walk away but that's just how it goes. I had additional purchases I would've liked to make but because of how unhelpful the manager was, I decided to just buy online instead. If you'd like to reconsider, I'll happily come back in to make the returns and purchase other items.
