I was recently in a multi-car freeway accident, which was both really scary and very stressful because I had never been in such a serious accident before and didn't know what to expect. My car was in really bad shape after the accident and not at all driveable, and Geico had helped to tow my car here. When I went to sign paperwork and assess damages, every single person I talked to here was so friendly and transparent. In particular, Carlos, who was the mechanic I spoke with, helped me understand the process and the full damage on my car, as well as general next steps in a claim like mine. I really appreciate the professionalism and the time he took out of his day to answer all my questions. I can't really say enough how much it means during a stressful time to be treated so kindly by him and the entire staff there. I would absolutely trust Carlos and this team again if I ever needed repairs or other services.

This shop truly understands the meaning of top-notch customer service.Upon entering, I was greeted by the receptionist, who was warm and welcoming. They promptly assessed my vehicle's damage and provided a detailed explanation of the repair process.The final result was nothing short of stunning - my car looked as good as new!Not only did they meet my expectations in terms of the repair, but they also went above and beyond to exceed them. The timeline for completion was adhered to, and they even returned my vehicle ahead of schedule. I brought my vehicle here for collision repair. DO NOT GO HERE THEY DO MICKEY MOUSE WORK!!!i have a brand new 2023 Hyundai Elantra N and they unfortinately ruined the value of it. The right mirror has paint spray residue on it. The door they replaced has mickey mouse door handle finish the inside of the handle is suppose to be smooth and black but you can see the overspray with the white paint, the edges of where the plastic meets is rough compared to the other handles. The inside of the car was covered in alot of some sort of dust staining the sway seats and interior. Im very sad that my brand new sports car just lost some value but i hope i can save you guys.Service: Painting

Took them almost a month to finish my window that was broken into. I was called in multiple times just for me to get there and them to tell me that the car wasn’t ready and was missing parts. One of the times I came in and paid a $500 deductible just for them to tell me that the car was still not finished. The lady at the front desk is extremely rude and talks down to everyone that comes in and clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing.

Took over THREE MONTHS to fix our car, which had a minor front fender bender with a snow berm. Never updated us. We always had to call them. Each time they said a day, the car was not ready. The excuse was "we need the parts" which is absurd. They only finished once our insurance company started charging them for our car rental. If I could give negative stars, I would. This was, by many orders of magnitude, the worst car repair experience I have ever had. I have done about 7 car repairs over the past 40 years.

Pretty fast work was done after I got into an accident. Car was left like brand new. They also cleaned it inside out which is super nice of them. I'm glad my insurance recommended I go here. Customer service was nice.

I got my car service done for vandalized broken window in San Jose Ca. overtime the power window stop working. I lived in Vegas fast forward called them today I was told I voided my warranty when I got it fixed here in Vegas...just wanted if they can do something for the repairs here...very inconsiderate how they did a poor job considering......I even send the invoice I think they never bother to follow up...it's cool it's just money... But the integrity of their costumer service zero...

So far so good I mean they kept in contact with me along the way letting me know everything that was going on where my car was at in the fixing stages. It didn't take them any time to have my car fixed although there wasn't much damage in the first place but they did an excellent job I was completely happy the treatment I received and my car looks nice.

Its never easy getting into an accident and the process is even more of a hassle. These guys made the process so much easier by making the drop off process easier, keeping me informed throughout the entire process, and getting it done quickly. (when I say the entire process, I mean it. I was getting text updates on estimated part arrival dates My mechanic I met, Thang, explained the process to me of what was to happen in order get me driving again as well as a proper time frame of completion. It wasn't just , Thang, who were amazing with their customer service, but everyone I encountered was friendly and courteous. My car came back looking brand spanking new with my car detailed to perfection and they even went the extra mile checking some warning lights (which were there before the accident, I shamefully had) to make sure they could assist me with fixing it. This place really is the place you want to go when things are not going your way with your vehicle, cause they make the process that much more hassle free.

I paid out of pocket for a front windshield replacement. My first mistake was paying for it before they finished the job. This was back in 11/2021. It's currently 08/2022 and I am still waiting on a part to come in. These people are unserious. They do not answer the phone at all. I never get a call back even if I leave a voicemail. What is the point of having a phone line if you're not going to answer it at any time of day? I've called right when they open and throughout the day but I never hear back. I had to go in person, missing work, to try to get this issue resolved a couple months back. They told me my part actually did come in but not a single person decided to call me so they sent it back. They said they would re-order it. It's been two months. Where is my part? I genuinely have to ask how hard it could be to order a piece and let someone know when it arrives. I understand delays due to shipping issues etc. But 9-10 months at this point is a joke. I feel like I got scammed out of my money for having paid for the service before they installed my final piece. Additionally, whatever glue they used for my front windshield must have been cheap because every time I take it to the car wash, there's more water coming in trough the top passenger side of that window. So not even that was done well, I certainly won't be coming back.

Due to supply chain issues, the repairs were delayed. Service King did an excellent job keeping us informed as to what was going on and when we might expect our car back. They did fantastic repairs and were extremely helpful. Can't think them enough for all their hard work.
