Employee Tried to Scam Me!
I came here today (May 21st) around 12:18-12:25am and mind you I come to this Speedy Way all the time and usually all the employees are great. However, this time was HORRIBLE. I went to by a few snacks and I was told my bill is $19 for only 5 small items I had and normally you can see it on the screen what you bought but he turned it off and I knew that wasn’t right so I asked for the receipt. The employee started to stutter and hesitate to give me the receipt, then gives it to me and the first thing I notice on the receipt was an extra charge of $8.46 to “Speedy Way”. Looked like some kind of membership. I asked him what this was and he takes the receipt and says “Its not from here, “Its my co-workers number” which didnt make any sense at all. Fast forwarding, he asked me to come back tomorrow cause he needs his managers pin but I refused to leave because WHY WOULD I? You just tried to rob/scam me. Then he scams a packs on cigarettes, cancels the transaction and tells me to swipe my card and the money will be refunded..
Employee Description: Tall, Has a beard, Hindi, has Elvis Presley kinda hair style.

There are drug users in the parking lot and two abandoned vehicles that have sat there since summer 2024. The prices are good, but the facilty is becoming public nuisance, and I do not think I can come here any longer. One yeara ago, I would have given it a 5.

Your employees should be more polite and respectful.one of your employees with long curly grey hair was very rude to my partner and when she asked to SEE his ID she took a while to give it back and when he asked for it back all she did was stick her hand out and said “wait” with an attitude.please interview your employees correctly please.
