One toilet out of service and the other had no toilet paper, no toilet seat covers, no soap in and a cracked toilet seat that pinched my ass. I had to wash the shit off my ass in the sink. Unacceptable

I never going to refill my propane here anymore. She was so rude and didn't even speak one word of English. I dont even know she got lincense to do the job. She spoke to me only Spanish. I brought 6 empty propane in front of her to fill in, she was too lazy pick it up and me pick it up but it was in front of her, I paid the money not she pay me but she acting so rude

Some of the gas pumps have some odd kink to their pump mechanism. There's always a money beggar thay comes up to me everytime I fill up my gas. Gas prices are a bit higher than others. I only go to this gas station as a last resort. The amount of homeless and money begging people is atrocious. If you don't pay them, they may vandalize your car. Very sketchy place to pump it feels like.

Had to use the restroom urgently as I filled up. The attendant was blocking the entrance assembling a sign, so I asked if they were still open. He brusquely asked what I wanted, and when I said "to use the restroom" he eyed me up and down suspiciously for literally 5 seconds before sighing and permitting me to enter.
Dude, if you don't actually want customers, no one is forcing you to work in the service industry.

Card reader for car wash does not work. No sign whatsoever. Had to walk to the register inside to pay while my car was parking in front of the paying machine. While inside the car wash it suddenly stopped after one sud no rinse no scrub no wind blowing. Called the phone number listed and sent straight to voice mail. Had to go out while my car sill had sud on it. They gave me another ticket but it was already 40min passed at this point and this is ridiculous. At least put a freaking sign saying the card reader does not work so people can save their freaking time. God bless you.

Apparently the car wash only washes your car if you pay for the most pricey car wash. If you dont then your car will still be dirty and they will tell you to purchase the most pricey wash if you want it actually washed, then buy the expensive one if you want it rinsed then buy any of the others. As I sit here, they now have put out cones to block the car wash entrance. No effort made to refund my purchase though. terrible business practices

$1 in cash to use the bathroom, when i already bought something from the store? that's insane. you already get paid working here, even if i had the dollar i still wouldn't pay and unfortunately you just lost a customer.

Gas station attendant was extremely rude. I had a question and instead of getting help, she kept interrupting me and telling me I had to pay first. I wanted to let her know that I had already paid and that I wanted to make sure that the transaction had closed. She kept interrupting me and telling me I had to pay first and that this wasn't Mexico where you fill up and then pay. Eventually I showed her the meter that i had filled up and she finally gave me a receipt after she continually told me that there was no payment. Please address this.

Rude , rude , rude I purchased a car wash while pumping gas cause I wanted something quick before running errands . As I finished pumping gas - I saw that there was a long line so I went inside and asked them to cancel my carwash. Told him the line too long and i need to go. But the guy said no. Told me I can use it anytime today. Asked him at any shell? He said no this one only. I understand that they may not be able to cancel the transaction BUT the interaction with the cashier was just ugh. Dreadful. People nowadays don't care about their job and it shows . 20 minutes in line for a carwash- I could've gone to an actual car wash place at this rate.

Both men and woman's bathrooms out of order which just means the employees don't want to clean them or make them available to the public...stay away from this bad service

They do have an air pump with $1.50 sticker on it. But actually it is FREE. You have to ask clerk to turn it on.
