Person who fill propane tanks is not qualified for the job. I filled 2 tanks and both tanks are over filled and starting to leaks gas. They need to train their personnel to be certified in order to take this job

Worst Shell location, pumps are not working and lagging, card readers don't work on half of them, staff are careless. Unfortunately there are not much Shell locations around, I really really hope this station will get renewed or at least fixed.

As many other people I found myself in a need of a car wash I came across this shell station and bought the higher priced wash. It left my car dirty still so I asked the teller to let me get another go at it and she told me she couldn’t do that, i told her she just lost a costumer and walked out and started to dry out my dirty and a gentleman customer walked out and said she’s asking you to come back in the store she wants to talk to you. What kind of employee lets a costumer do her dirty work for them I’m never coming back to this location gas or otherwise

Most inefficient staff I have ever encountered at a gas station. I wanted to use my fuel reward account to save 13 cts on a gallon but apparently, after talking to 3 employees it wasn’t working for an unknown reason. They were not able to apply the discount so I had to pay full price because they could make there system work properly. It is what I call an unfair situation where the vendor makes profit by making their system dysfonctionnal and unreliable.At this date I still have $80, (twice) pending on my credit card.I thought Shell was an high end gas station, I was obviously wrong.

Very bad service they do not care if the pumps are not working. I went to shell and the pumps weren't working they keeps telling me to move to different pumps and they were all not working and they took money off my original pay. Do not come to this shell!

Har Winder try to sell me a 16oz of coffee for $3.79 plus tax and his customer service was so poor he didnt want to honor the price that was on the pricing sign of $1.39. My boyfriend works at Chevron as knows the price of 16oz coffee cannot more than $2.

I hate how they Employees try and force you to get the LOOP membership There Are so annoying They're almost saying if you wanna put gas or use a car wash you need to get a membership And today retry to still $10 from me
