This is absolutely the worst car wash place.
The car wash machine stopped at the middle of carwash for an error, and a stuff let me wash my car again, but same error happened.
I was expecting the refund, but what the guy
gave me was a cloth. He claimed that error was caused by my car and rejected the refund. He claimed other cars were ok, so the issue is my car!
Incredible! my car is a small basic SUV, and actually I have washed my car here probably over 10 times in last 7 years.
Don’t waste your time and money here. There are much better, honest places.

Just bought a few things from the mart. Gave the guy behind the counter a 20 and the change should have been 14.61. Owner tried to give me $4.61. I could tell he was hoping I didn’t notice because when I said something he went to try to lie but could tell I wasn’t going to be lied to. After I realized half the “change” he gave me wasn’t even American currency. The San Jose police should investigate this place with the number of horrible reviews about all the lies and cheating this place seems to be doing. Avoid at all costs.

Carwash sucks , it happen to me multiple times , paid for 17 bucks but it always stops on me and never finish, its broken, also the guy works theyre told me it only happens to me, wow very rude, ive seen it happen couple of times on a different cars, not gonna wash there again

Visited on 12/3/24 (Tuesday) at 9:50 PM but they don't stay open on the hours posted.
This has been the 5th time this year this has happened and many other reviews below state that. HEADS UP: there's a 24 hour Shell on this address - 1025 S Winchester Blvd, San Jose, CA 95128
Support that one since it's always open as they honor their hours posted!

Extremely frustrating experience at this Shell station. Tried using 2 different pumps, each 4 times, and neither would process my transaction with a Chase Visa Infinite card. Ultimately, I had to switch to a different card just to get fuel. To make matters worse, the pumps failed to print receipts. Very inconvenient and disappointing—worst experience I’ve had at a Shell station

I was here because of the car wash. Wow....only have two cars in front of me, and I had to wait over an hour for the car wash order. Can you believe it? If you're going to wash your car, never never never!!!!!! come no matter how cheap it is. You have to wait over an hour for each car.

If there is one thing good about this place, it is that the service is consistently bad. After reading the last two reviews which spread one year, I can see that nothing improved at all.
The car wash system is flawed. It did not do the drying as it was supposed to, and the owner told me it was because I drove in too fast. He said I could go back and get the car dried but I did not want to waste another 30 min because I needed to wait in line again.
I tried to point out that he better fixed the car wash sensor. But he kept saying there was nothing wrong and it was me who made the mistake. At this point I realized the guy just loved arguing with customers instead of providing a decent service. I ended up using a towel to dry the car myself. I wasn’t even offered a partial refund.
At this point something funny happened. The next car came out also soaking wet! That driver must be in a hurry so she left without drying. The owner was like she did it wrong too.
This place is clearly off my list. People who love arguing should come here - you won’t be disappointed.

Very poor customer service! The Indian guy at the cashier is very rude! As I pull up to the car wash he started spraying my vehicle with soap and my window was still down getting soap in my car! Overall I will not be returning to this location as there are many better gas stations/ car washes in the surrounding areas! Do not come here!

Possibly the most disrespectful gas station owner in San Jose.
This gas station is where I always go to get my car washed, as their Ultimate wash has always left my car looking great. The Ultimate wash comes with a foam wash, rinse, polish, and wax.
Today I paid $17 for the Ultimate, and after the foam wash and first rinse, the stoplight inside turned green momentarily and told me to move forward. I moved forward a couple of feet, and the stoplight turned red again and told me to stop. I thought this was strange, but at this point my car hadn't been polished, waxed, or dried, so I stopped to finish what I paid for.
After driving out of the wash, the owner was waiting for me in the parking lot, stopped me, then proceeded to accuse me of stealing the wash paid for by the car behind me. I tried to explain that it was a misunderstanding and that I didn't leave the car wash because it immediately told me to stop again after telling me to move forward and that my car hadn't even been dried yet, but the owner just kept talking over me and angrily saying "do you not ******* know how a car wash works?"
The whole thing happened in front of a parking lot full of people who were all looking at me like I'd stolen something, so naturally I felt embarrassed. But after reading other reviews from customers who've had similar experiences with this man, I'm much more embarrassed for his family.

Patel is rude and they close the pumps here early at night. Dom’t try to get gas here after 7pm.
