I’ve come to visit this Sherwin Williams paint store a handful of times over the last couple years. Today I stopped by to review paint colors since I’m moving in the next couple weeks. After I found the swatches that aligned with the style I was going with, I asked the staff a couple questions about paint I had previously ordered.
I realized that even though I picked out colors from their store, I didn’t pick up paint directly from that store and that’s why it wasn’t in the system. Regardless, as I’m attempting to identify the previous color, the staff named Kalen (sorry for misspelling!) gave me a paint swatch deck of all the colors and told me I could keep it and insisted that there was no need to return it. I was so excited and felt very cared for; especially choosing colors I don’t typically lean toward.
The professionalism and thoroughness of the staff is fantastic. They are incredibly helpful and will assist in any paint/design needs to the best of their ability. Definitely will be picking up paint in about a week once colors are finalized! Thank you!

The guy was super helpful. I learned some new things about paint, and he was able to perfectly match the old paint that I brought in even though it was from a different company’s paint (Kelly Moore)

This location used to be pretty mediocre--- but they really turned it around. Great new manager and young polite employees, great service.

Store says they're open on Sundays, 10am. Went there today, Sunday, 10/2/22, and they were closed. The lights were on, but it was totally empty of people, doors were locked, metal grates closed shut inside, nobody. Sign on the door said open at 10am. We waited until 10:22am. We called the Santa Clara store and they said another person came in the previous Sunday and had the same experience. This store apparently needs to change its hours of operation on all social media, and at their own store as well.

Very helpful staff and my go to place for paint, but I was disappointed to see a handwritten sign on the door stating that they close at 5:00 PM on weekdays. Next to that is a more permanent sign showing 6:00 as their weekday closing time. ?

We've been renovating our house for several months, and there are numerous places that need new or refreshed paint. Sherwin-Williams has exactly what I need, both for the new spaces, and the obscure places that need new paint to match the old. Store staff is patient and helpful, and quick to fill my orders as I come in. Easy and convenient to visit.

The customer service was poor! Jan/Jen, customer representative, was not very courteous and didn't seem very knowledgeable about the products. Luckily, I checked out another SW store and the folks there helped me pick the right color. I'll definitely have to think twice before going back to this location.

We interacted with Jen, the store rep, during our visit. She was extremely rude and unenthusiastic. When we asked her questions about the types of paint she just told us to checkout the brochure, instead of taking few minutes to explain it to us. It was not like there were any other customers she had to attend to. Eventually we decided to go to another store for our supplies. Very poor and disappointing customer service. P.S. Craig who is the other rep is super knowledgeable , and very helpful. He helped us the 1st time and that's why we decided to go back to the store

Came in yesterday trying to buy some things for my quarantine project at my place. Didn't really know anything about paint or being in a paint store. But Jen, the sales associate, was very sweet and helpful. Took her time to provide information on the paint and tools I would need for my project. She even picked out all of the supplies she felt were good and essential. Sadly, it was just her during my visit and had to split her attention with two other customers. I could see she was having a hard time with the other customers who weren't understanding of the staffing situation. She seemed to be trying her best despite the bad customer attitude she was receiving. She really does need some help. But I will be definitely coming back soon for any upcoming projects. Thanks Jen!

The store is really clean and the displays are well stocked. I usually go to another Sherwin Williams and this one was a step up in terms of cleanliness.
I had to wait 10 minutes for an employee to come out from the back and ask if I needed help - there was no one manning the from desk. When the employee came out I asked for help with paint colors. The employee told me that company policy says they can't help with paint colors because color choice is subjective and that they would only be able to sell me paint. I get it, you don't want to recommend a color and then I don't like it and blame the store. My question was about how much blue was in a particular color and if another similar color had more blue in it. They wouldn't even listen to my question. Very frustrating. My consolation prize was a color wheel but honestly that wasn't any help.

Helpful staff. Small but very clean store.
