To be honest, I'm not the biggest fan of Sherwin Williams but I will say that the staff here especially Jenelle and David are outstanding and delivery great quality of service. I would travel the extra miles to this store versus other Sherwin Williams stores.

Terrible customer service. Tried to re-cycle 5 nearly empty paint cand and they said they had no room despite a phone commitment 30 minutes prior. Did not try to locate another site for me. Don't need them now or in the future.

Recently but some “Swiss coffee” color from them. They gave me a wrong Swiss coffee and told me they won’t take it back as it’s their policy.

The employees were really nice and knowledgeable. They helped me pick interior paint and exterior paint. They took there time to help me pick and show me a variety of paint without rushing me.

Very helpful staff. So much easier than going to a BIG box store...catch my drift. Everything you need in one place. People are polite. It may cost a bit more but for me it is worth the savings in time and headache trying to deal with people at BIG stores that are unhelpful and hate their jobs lol

I've probably used this paint store a dozen times (I live 3 blocks away) and I always get great service, tips and helpful advice, and high quality paint. Last job was painting my living room and dining room over a 3 day weekend; I'm not a painter or even that handy, but w/ the pandemic keeping me close to home, why not? The manager and other employee advised me through everything, all the tools I needed, etc and help me fine tune the paint to get the perfect color (a satin grey). Done. I wish my interactions with all the other retailers was this easy.
