I have nothing but great things to say about Sherwin-Williams and this store in particular and will definitely be going to them for all my future paint needs! The store is clean and all of the associates are friendly and helpful. Fernando went out of his way to help get the paint I needed on a quick turnaround when it was out of stock at his store. He also helped ensure I was able to get the best price during a 40% discount promotion. Thank you Fernando and SW!

We bought a shade of blue that we decided was not right. We understood SW does not allow returns once the paint has been mixed but the staff explained they can try mixing it to a different shade. After a couple of trips to the store we picked a different shade that the staff said could be mixed. When I returned with the paint can, Zach rudely informed me this cannot be done and kept cutting me off. His arrogant attitude and incompetence convinced me to never return to SW again.

I went to to this store guided by the logic that a store that specializes in paint would offer a better experience than going to a large chain store -- in particular, as concerns the level of expertise and consulting quality. I was not impressed. I asked basic questions, for example, concerning caulk types for exterior paint preparation. I received vague answers. Your experience may vary depending who's helping you. I ended up going to the Home Depot to get most of my supplies. The problem was especially how inconsiderate the company was, specifically with the checkout process. He asked for my e-mail address and lied when I asked, "Why do you need this?" He said it was to look up purchases, not for marketing. I didn't believe it based on his demeanor. Before completing the checkout, I asked him to delete my e-mail address. He lied when he told me he could not. He then lied when he said he had unsubscribed me (this was before checkout, while he was entering information!). Now, I receive spam e-mail from Sherwin Williams. I tried unsubscribing, and they keep on coming. Otherwise, during that visit, I bought paint, and was not offered to have the paint shaken, no stirrers were offered, and when I tried to answer their spam feedback survey, I clicked on it and it froze my PC. Two stars. Earned.

Let me just say I was intimidated walking in but I knew I wanted Misty. Then Zachary, the store manager, came with the questions. Oh boi let me just say I was like . Thank goodness Zachary took the time to explain everything to me so I knew what I was purchasing. I love it and appreciated the help. I don't know anything about paint. Thank you so much Zachary for your expertise and experience.

Excellent, professional, and friendly experience. I had just had my home resided with pre-painted HardiPlank and was installing galvanized steel downspouts on the gutters and wanted a color match. The color match was easy, but what I appreciated the most was the expertise that Zack (the manager) shared about the metal prep and best type of paint for this application. He made up a gallon of a specialty paint that was not listed on their website, this paint was for professional / industrial applications and as such he also gave the Trade pricing. I asked about spraying and he printed out a Sherwin Williams data sheet for me that gave specifics for proper pressure and nozzle sizes for this paint. Thank you, you are my new paint store.

Their website says they open at 6:30. The sign on the door says they open at 7:00. Yet there’s no one here at 7:30. Not real happy right now.

Stopped by right before closing and a gentleman by the name of Zachary was super helpful. Got me exactly what I needed. High quality paints and great customer service. Will return for future needs.

They have good customer service, and paint is on the high end/pricey, paint is quality. I wish there parking lot is bigger, very tight/cramped, challenging getting in & out.
