Silicon Valley Piano is a family business with over 60 years in the greater Bay Area. It offers high quality Japanese pianos like Yamaha and Kawai, European pianos such as C. Bechstein and W. Hoffmann lines, as well as Ritmüller pianos and Casio digital or hybrid models. The goal is to listen to budget needs and assist in meeting the right piano for each person or family, from kids to seniors.
Reviews highlight it as the best place to buy a piano in the area, praising great quality, reliable service, and fast delivery. The staff is professional, extremely patient, and happy to share expert knowledge without pushing for a sale. Customers appreciate the time given to test instruments and the careful, knowledgeable delivery service. The store is noted for its best follow-up care and warranty on most pianos. It is more than a store; it is a place contributory to nurturing musical art, assisting with piano purchase, hall rental, and partnership with local music programs. Many highly recommend it to friends.
We bought a beautiful 40 year old Kawai grand and were very happy with the experience. Bessie was attentive and helpful. She even babysat my younger children so I could focus on testing the pianos. Delivery was smooth and professional. Highly recommended!
